Stacy Michael and Kathie Fischel DeGroote are fantastic spin instructors, very different styles of instructing. I have tried 4 different instructors. VASA would show wisdom to make sure they keep theses ladies. They are passionate about spin and mostly their students. They push without judgment, they motivate with joy. I look forward to keeping spin as a major part of my Gym life. These classes are almost always full. As I approach my retirement, I look forward to the spin community I have found, with a motivational and love-filled culture these ladies create.

Laura is an amazing coach in studio red! She motivates us to bring our best! We never feel “less than” if we need a modification! I have become so much stronger and confident in what I can do because of her class!

We just wanted to share how fantastic the child care option is here! There are always plenty of time slots open for whenever you want to take a class or burn a sweat! Ms. Natalia always greets us by name and has us pulled up on the computer and ready to check in. Both her and Ellie and Laura always follow procedures and check our IDs and sign-in times, and they have this all completed in under 2 minutes! Our son loves going and looks forward to it every week. There are always plenty of rotating toys (dinosaurs especially) and arts and crafts and movement activities. The ladies are always cleaning and disinfecting the areas as well as playing and interacting with the kids. Thank you ladies for keeping our son safe and active while we work to stay healthy; keep up the great work!

The gym really has everything you could ask for but if you’re coming afterwork (4pm) expect to wait for every machine imaginable, it just gets too busy. Not sure who is playing the music but it’s horrific, constantly. I feel like I’m trapped in a kids-bop commercial and the volume is maxed out. Even with noise canceling headphones you cant escape it.

I love this gym. It has everything. Best of all, it has my trainer, Miron. He has been amazing in helping work on my physical health, strength and balance. I’ve been training with him for 8 months now and I feel better than I have in years. I have some health issues and limitations and he has a safe work around for every issue and that allows me to get a comprehensive workout. I am doing things I never thought I could do. The GM is great there, too. Extremely helpful and accessible to the clients. If you’re looking for a good fitness center, look no further- you have found it.

I take Studio Red classes Sundays with James and he is amazing. All the instructors are of course but Sunday is usually when I can make it here. I also do personal training with Hannah B and she is so focused on helping me reach my goals and improve my mobility and strength I am seeing awesome results! I’ve also trained with Raleigh and with her I lost 40 lbs! Customer service is always on point, the gym is always clean, and the people are encouraging. Love Vasa!

Love this gym! I tend to go from 8 a m to 11 a.m Monday - Friday. The staff are always on top of keeping the equipment and the facilities clean. They are friendly and always willing to help out when needed.
My 3 kiddos also utilize their daycare for the 3 hours a day and the girls who work there take great care of the kids. They do arts & crafts, play Barbies and build crazy structures with the blocks. What I like most is that they don't just park the kids in front of the TV and leave them, they interact and ensure the kids have a great time.
Sidenote: Your kids may come home with some cute pigtails or hair braided ?, fair warning.

I have been going to this gym for the last three years!!!! I love it here! Hours are great, equipment is usually fixed within 2 weeks. Great community and atmosphere! Only complaint is that they don’t pay their workers enough ?
