I cannot recommend Griffis Cherry Creek enough! Throughout the duration of my lease the entire staff was so friendly and helpful! On the rare occasion I had a concern, I felt comfortable knowing the leasing staff had my best interest. The staff is incredibly attentive and you can tell their residents are their top priority. I would like to thank Tristin especially, as she ensured we had a seamless move-in and move-out process. I am so sad to be moving away from such a wonderful community!

I lived here for 6 years and recently moved out. I loved my apartment unit and the building amenities. I also never had to deal with noise or other disruptions.
My only real frustrations were the constant maintenance issues. Whenever the water is shut off, the units do not get any heat. Most of the time the heat would work by the evening, but it sometimes would take a few days. Once, in January, the heat did not turn on for a few weeks for an entire floor and no rent was comped. Also, the elevators were constantly breaking down or sounding like they were close to breaking down. When I moved out, 3 out of 4 elevators were broken which made the move more expensive due to the extra time it took my movers. Despite this, the maintenance team is great and the on call emergency maintenance staff always did their best to address the issues as soon as they could, or at a minimum they would communicate the status of maintenance fixes. The front office was more challenging to get a hold of so I always appreciated how professional and responsive the maintenance team was.

Coming off a rocky breakup, I needed to find an apartment FAST. From the moment I walked in, I couldn’t have been more impressed by the experience or received a warmer welcome from the tour guide, Juna. She immediately understood the urgency of my situation and went above and beyond to help out.

Juna quickly identified exactly what I was looking for in an apartment while staying mindful of my budget, which was no small task. She showed me options that checked all the boxes and made the entire process seamless. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care was remarkable.

If you’re searching for a new place, I can’t recommend this apartment community enough. It’s cozy, quiet, generous on the price tag and has all the amenities. They have the biggest hot tub in the game and it’s heated all year long. You won’t regret your visit, thank me later.

Most times, when people are writing a review, they seem to always comment on the minor things of living in a community. But if you truly see the attention to detail, their priority, and taking care of all of the residence, and making sure we’re enjoying the space we live in, you would very much understand the experience I’ve had at living at Griffis Cherry Creek Apts. With living here for over two years, I can’t express how thankful I’ve been with having a team such as, Aidan, Cameron, Tristin, Josh & Krystan.
They truly go above and beyond in everything they do at this community.
From creating events and gathering the community together, to updating us with community wide maintenance issues to getting service request done in a professional way.
They truly are some of the most communicating, professional, and genuine people who have helped make my experience the absolute best.
In every situation, they are very understanding and willing to work with each person and whatever situation they may be in.
If you’re looking for a community that you enjoy the amenities, Customer Service, and hope to truly fall in love with, you have to definitely give Griffis Cherry Creek that opportunity!
They have helped make this place, what I call home, the best living experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time at Griffis Cherry Creek. The apartment complex is in a nice part of Denver, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping areas etc., and seems to be in a safe neighborhood. Overall, the tenants are all quite respectful of each other and shared spaces. The staff in the office are all very nice (special s/o to Tristin, who is amazingly kind and helpful).

The only downside I would say to living here is that the building's infrastructure can be lacking and serve as a source of frustration:

- The elevators are down quite often, about once every other week or so. The office staff are quick to have maintenance on site but sometimes this takes a few days to fix. This certainly causes disruptions in the day-to-day lives of tenants.
- The parking key fob readers were broken in one of the the lots, and this took 2 weeks to fix. You could park in the other lot, but if you come home from work late, there may not be an available spot and you have to street park.
- The trash chute was broken for a couple of weeks, and during this time the recycling also built up and was overrun. However, I think they've changed their recycling practice now so the trash rooms aren't as congested

The one other thing I think is important for potential tenants to consider is in addition to your water/electricity/trash fee, you also have to pay an additional electric fee for communal areas of the building that gets billed for the month prior. This can be anywhere from 80-120$, so take that into consideration for your overall monthly cost of living expenses.

I think the living experience and amenities are on par with the prices charged by Griffis, but if you're able/willing to pay a little more, you may want to consider elsewhere

We are moving in tomorrow from across the country and the entire staff has been so incredibly helpful! Tristan and Jessica have been basically on call to make us feel so supported, Jessica even took care of our mattress and put it into our apartment for us. Moving isn’t easy and this team has made us so confident in our choice!
