He is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and is so good at customizing workouts to keep me engaged and also see results. I have made so much progress in my year working out with him. Not only does Jason keep previous injuries in mind when designing my workouts, but understands my goals as well. I have been working out with Jason at his Congress Park location since January ’23 and have had nothing but a very positive experience. Jason took the time to get to know me, my goals and has built a program around those goals that I am trying to hit.

Jason is very hands on which is critical since I am fused in my low back and need to be careful around that area. One of things I feel that Jason excels at is his adaptability to switch exercises on the fly should one exercise just not feel right. You’ll still be able to hit that muscle group that Jason is going after… just in a different, more comfortable manner.

I would highly recommend Jason and feel he deserves the best personal training gym in Denver.

Where to begin! This place is THE best. Jason has trained my husband and I for almost 3 years - and now this beautiful, clean and fully equipped space allows us to do so just minutes from our home in Cherry Creek. Jason provides the most high quality, professional and efficient fitness experience. I truly don’t know how he does it, every workout is customized to our needs and goals and the session flies by with great conversation. We’re thrilled to have such an amazing trainer and studio right next door. My first workout with Jason was when I was ~ 2 weeks pregnant with my second baby and it was the best thing I could have done for myself and my pregnancy. Jason helped me to stay active to maintain mobility and strength without over doing it. I had more energy, strength and overall a much healthier pregnancy as a result. Now we’re crushing the post baby workouts and every 8 weeks we see actual, measurable results. That being said this isn’t about fitness, it’s a about feeling strong and energized with two young kids. Check him out! It’s just the best.
