When purchasing shoes make sure you save your receipt so that you have no issues with the supposed “2 yr manufacturer warranty” . Conveniently this store has changed their receipt return policy. Purchased a pair of nike air max command all black on 08/12/23 and shoes are already falling apart. Goes to show nike quality for sure!

We were in town for a conference and I wanted to buy my crew and I a matching pair of dunks or Jordans to commemorate the trip (4 pair). We settled on a $90 pair of air max but could not find a pair of 9.5s that were NOT in bad shape. While we were looking through inventory, the employees were circling us like vultures. We did come in 20 minutes prior to closing but the employees wasted no time constantly reminding us they were closing soon. As we were trying to find a non-crappy pair of 9.5s one of the employees asked us to take all of our purchases to the counter. When I asked for help I was met with scoffs and aggravation. One of the employees went to the back and came out with what we hoped were a good pair. We were wrong. By this time I was so frustrated we all walked out with no purchases (before closing so I’m sure the employees were happy about that). Avoid at all costs. This place does not value customer service

Like the slogan says just do it so I filled out a job application I guess I'm not like Al Bundy and can't work at a shoe store

Such friendly staff!! We went to buy my baby some shoes, Asia and Terry were so friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Asia came up to let us know if we downloaded the app that we’d get 15% off and Terry helped out when I was having trouble with it. I felt so appreciative and grateful to have gone there for this purchase!

Store must have a lot of theft because they wouldn’t stop following us around the store.
When it came down to checkout, not a person in sight to assist checking us out.

I had such a great experience at this Nike store. They had an excellent selection at great prices and I was able to get plenty of gifts for my family. Logan, Terry, Ryan, Tammy, and Meagan were all so helpful and friendly along with the entire staff there. Thank you so much!
