Chef Ray you did an amazing job for my husband’s birthday brunch. Your menu selections were fantastic !
The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful.
Everyone raved about the dishes-and that was not an easy crowd to impress.

They were so impressed that we ran out of aluminum foil because everyone absconded with my leftovers ? !

I am a very picky person I went through about maybe 15 to 25 different caterers either they were too expensive. The food wasn’t good or maybe one or two things were good and everything else wasn’t when I met Chef ‍? Ray. He was so professional he was so sweet. He was so nice. He went above and beyond the call of duty for me because I had broken both of my hands Right before my wedding and he came in with the best food and he was amazing. He brought the food to me because I couldn’t come to him. My hands were broken. Like I said both of them he showed up to my daughters house with hands of food for us to taste and when I tell you, it was like I was cooking myself , I was like this is I have nobody else for me to taste or even think about because he had an already with me when I tell you he is the best in St pete if you’re looking for a caterer to cater any event, he is the best he catered my wedding for me he walked around and talk to them about the food. They have any questions beyond professional beyond and above the call of duty everybody at my wedding loved his food couldn’t stop talking about it asking for his number I would recommend him to anybody. He is the best in St pete he is the best in Pinellas county he is the best. He is the best. He is the best. I cannot say it enough. Trust me. If you choose him, you will not go wrong , I truly thank him for making my life so amazing with the food so amazing with his staff so amazing with his customer service skills so amazing with the wonderful mouth of watering food. Trust me trust 200 people who were at my wedding that says he was amazing. His food was awesome , thank you Chef ‍? Ray

Chef Ray showed up and showed out. He catered my Ladies Night Out event. It was more than I expected. His professionalism and presentation was absolutely incredible. All my guest were amazed at the taste of all the food he presented. Thanks Chef Ray for making our Ladies Night Out a night to remember. I will definitely call on Chef Ray again. Chef Ray catered my celebration of my kitchen remodel on September 17, 2022. Chef Ray went above and beyond my expectations. His attention to details for my needs to my menu was excellent. He was very professional and took good care that everything was on point. My guest were amazed with the quality of the food, presentation, food was hot when it arrived on time and the taste was out of this world I will be using his catering again in the future as well as my guest who got his business cards I would highly recommend The Fit Kitchen With Chef Ray. Oh, the smoked mac&cheese and lobster tails are to died for.lol

Chef Ray is fantastic!!! He did a private dinner for my sisters 40th birthday party and we all were extremely impressed with his cooking and professionalism! He even travelled to Orlando for the party. We had such a wonderful evening I felt like I left gaining a new friend. Chef Ray was simply the best. I’m in Louisville, KY and came down for my sisters birthday and I cannot wait to return to the St. Pete area and hopefully use Chef Rays services again. He’s that great!!

I’ve used this company twice so far and he did. It disappoint! The crab stuff salmon is the best thing I’ve eaten in a long time! It is all my family talks about lol
It was an overall great experience from beginning to end! Will definitely use again!
