I recently had an outstanding grocery shopping experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh produce and quality products. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me in finding specific items on my list. I especially appreciated the quick checkout process, which made my visit efficient and stress-free. The prices were competitive, and I was impressed with the variety of healthy options available. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping trip, and I will definitely be returning for my weekly groceries!

I never had an issue and it was always pleasant to shop here but in this particular day I had to return some vegetables that went bad after just a few days of purchasing it. After noticing mold growing on the vegetables I placed it back in the refrig to return another day. I finally remembered and returned it. The old lady the the customer service desk was rude and not friendly. I greeted her but there was no response from her. I stated I would like to return this. The next thing from her mouth was 7 days. I said excuse me she stated again you have 7 days. I told her I apologize but I didn't have time to go back to make an extra trip. I didn't know about the 7 Day policy; nor was it posted anywhere in the front. Only the 30, 60 and 90 days. I apologized and said next time I'll make it a priority. She said yeah you have 7 days. This employee is a bad representation from what Sam's club stands for. I didn't feel valued or appreciated. She needs to take retraining on customer service and how to deal with customers and a course in general kindness, hospitality, professionalism and ethics. She shouldn't speak in that tone to any customers especially knowing this was the first time I've returned vegetables. She also stated that my account was noted -- as if she was giving a warning notice. She was also the one that always had her name tag covered with another tag what a great coincidence. The overall experience was disappointing.

Placed an order for pick up on Sunday between 10a-11a. I wanted to be sure and get the rotisserie chicken. I know there is no guarantee they will have the chicken since they don’t go get it until you arrive. If there aren’t any available when they come out to the car they will let you know how long before more are ready. One time I went and the young man explained it. That time there would be a 20 minute wait. It was then my choice to wait or gave the chicken credited back. Today when I went they sent me a text me a text approximately 9:40 letting me know my order was ready. The cleck brought my order out without the chicken. When I asked where there were and she informed me they weren’t ready until 10am. She informed me she couldn’t wait to pick the order. I told her I would wait as I was told I could in the past. But, since she took it upon herself and credited them back to my account I couldn’t get them. I called to speak to a manager. Customer service tried to connect me but. It rang and rang until I was disconnected.
I would have given a “0” rating based on the clerk that made the decision to credit my account and that I received a text saying order was ready.. It should have been my decision to wait and they could have sent the text when all items were available to fill!

This is the second time that I got a row chiken. The smell, the texture, and the taste weren't good. It had bloody water on the tray. I'm so disappointed about this. I don't want to get my family sick eating this row chicken. Last time wasting my money on this product.

I have been a long time customer but the discrimination and targeted racism I had to endure today by Lee has me questioning if I should just keep going to Costco and ditch Sam's. This is an extremely diverse community. People like Lee can't manage a place like this.

Great products and prices. The store is always clean. Use their "scan & go" app and you will avoid the checkout lines.
