We were very unimpressed during our one-night stay at the Residence Inn Indianapolis Airport. The property is outdated and tired despite somewhat recent renovations. Signage outside doesn't work properly, carpet in areas of the halls and our room was wrinkled/peeling up. The linens and surfaces in our room were clean, but the carpet and sofa had visible debris, the bathroom floor had hair from previous guests, and our desk lamp was obviously broken with screws and parts lying on the desktop.

Our experience wasn't entirely negative. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The airport shuttle was timely and the driver greeted and assisted guests with a happy/helpful attitude.

We would not stay here again until Marriott decides to invest more/renovate this property.

I enjoyed my visit. This hotel was great, especially Shay at the Front Desk. I would recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly. There's 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance and about 10 to 15 minutes from the Indy 500 Speed Way. I'd stay here again. They have a complimentary shuttle to & from shuttle. An indoor pool & outside basketball court for guest use was nice.

Free breakfast extremely good. Beds were good, couch was nice. I'm so glad the pool was opened, a little disappointed that it wasn't deep. Really nice overall, staff was nice and helpful too.

Stayed for a couple nights in the 2 bedroom suite with the kids and I was impressed. Clean, great customer service and great breakfast. The kids enjoyed the space and the gym was just perfect for a gym away from home. Would definitely stay there again. Marriott doesn't disappoint!

I thought this would be a typical airport hotel but it offered some surprising amenities including an outdoor basketball court, an indoor swimming pool, and an unusually large gym. I was greeted warmly by the front desk agent upon arrival and was given a room promptly. Parking was complimentary and the breakfast offered a variety of options. I often stay at Residence Inns when I travel with my pups. While this was super convenient to I-70, I was put in the “B” building, which is in need of a renovation. Blood smears in the bathroom and on the pillows, the room just wasn’t clean. Breakfast was not nearly as good as other Residence Inns and the area around the hotel was not that nice. The luggage cart was broken and the elevator was hard to get the cart to due to very narrow entry. Room was $188 for the night. Front desk staff were very nice but I won’t stay here again.

The staff is amazing and understanding…the rooms provided were pretty cozy and clean. I have 1 suggestion - if there was way we could have more vegetarian options for our warm breakfast menu, that would have been appreciated. I couldn’t have any.
