I’ve been going here for years and overall it’s great but they are in the middle of a remodel. They got rid of their traditional sauna and put in a red light therapy “sauna”. Sounds cool but there is 1 red light and it’s hardly even warm inside the room. You can sit in there for 20min and not even sweat. Why a fitness club would remove their sauna is beyond me. They have told me the temp is as high as it goes. If using a sauna is part of your regime for all the health benefits look elsewhere. I will likely switch to EOS down the road as they have a real sauna and bigger than MS ever was. Bad decisions by management. I guarantee they loose a lot of people.

I ended up joining this gym. The front desk personal are still not that friendly but it doesn't really detract from my workouts. I just took my first cycle class and the instructor was helpful and welcoming. I think the thing that will ultimately stop me from continuing my membership of that it's a little expensive, plus, I cant come in after 9PM Friday though Sunday. The gym down the street is cheaper, has better hours and includes *more* amenities for less money. It's a no brainier so I'll probably end up making the switch.

Unfortunately, a distasteful first impression. Very interested in joining so signed up for a 5 day pass to see if I'd like it there.

Came in and they were unwilling to assist me since the new member services individual had 'just left'. No apologies, no offer to let me enjoy the night at the gym anyway and honestly, a little condescending and rude.

Well, guess that makes up my mind for me

A great gym! Has a great variety of classes and teachers! Gym is always clean. It is a little busy but they always have enough equipment to accommodate! Amanda at the front desk is awesome too! Always welcoming people with a smile!

Lovely gym, super clean, and the fact that they're part of a small chain makes it super easy to stay consistent as long as you're in the Phoenix area. That towel service has saved my butt quite a few times, too.

We use the Kids Klub daycare every weekend. The entire staff is awesome. Jordynn Massey is one that we count on. She is ,number one, an excellent caregiver for our grandkids. Always friendly and a great communicator. Very positive and a happy presence!

I definitely like this gym! I used to go to the one on 75th Ave. and the 101 but started going here and I'm glad I did. Even though there's lots of people here, it never feels crowded... Except for the child care, if there's a lot of kids you can definitely tell it gets chaotic.
