This McAlister’s is always filthy, sticky, and overall dirty. The customer service is also lacking, employees always standing around and don’t greet or treat customers properly at the register. On multiple occasions they have dumped out their tea before closing and don’t come around asking customers for refills before dumping it. Instead of leaving with a full cup of tea, I leave empty handed. Please do better.

I returned and got these pictures because it looked like a bomb went off. There were flies hovering around the tea nozzles, the ice machine, and lemons. All while employees stood around chatting, why is no one going to clean this mess up?

I had not been here since they remodeled inside. The atmosphere and appearance is super nice and very well laid out and spacious. I had the ham and cheese on a croissant. The croissants here are absolutely amazing!! And of course the star of the show is there perfectly made chili. The chili does not have beans just like real chili shouldn't, and these guys make it to perfection! Also, I'm addicted to tea and their tea is hands down some of the best in town!

Can’t go wrong with the BLT-A and this location was nice and had lots of parking for my giant truck!

I went for a soup. The gentleman came out with a bag and handed it to me. I asked him is this soup and a baguette, he says yes. I get home, it's not. I then have to take the time to go back and get what I ordered. They replaced it but didn't have the common courtesy to offer anything for the inconvenience. Like I have the time to go there twice in a 2hr period. I asked the man, he said it was my order, do something to make it right! It'll be a while as this isn't the first time my order has been wrong.

If it’s this dirty in the lobby and bathrooms… what’s in your food?

Cold food and DISGUSTING tables and floors- we had to clean our own table and after they saw us cleaning, they finally offered to clean it… too late.
Rude and ambivalent staff of teenagers- they rolled their eyes at me when I told them their bathroom had pee and other fluids on the floor and toilet seats.
Long hair that wasn’t pulled back on both men and women.

Skip and go somewhere else. I’ve worked food service, and they were staffed adequately. Not sure what the problem is.

Food wasn’t delivered, they couldn’t find me they claimed. I was seated on the patio on a warm evening because the dining room was dirty and not very busy. It was hard to find a clean patio table as well with only one other patio table occupied. Plastic utensils are ok for carryout, but not dine-in. That’s just tacky and seems to be a common occurrence at McAlister’s everywhere. I don’t know why, but please do better. Then I had a piece of blue cheese in my salad that looked like it had been stepped on..gross!

Definitely do not recommend...this was my sons "main course" it was supposed to be cheesy chicken and broccoli....no chicken and the broccoli and cheese were hard and looked old....I took it back and the manager tried to justify it by telling me "well it just looks like that because the cheese is melted on top" didnt day anything about the missing chicken...my daughter ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and it wasnt even toasted...it was half warmed bread with a little bit if cheese in the middle....definitely not impressed....I saw kitchen staff with trash bags tied around their neck so that makes me question if they ran out of aprons....no one seemed happy to be working there and customer service was extremely poor. We wont be returning to this location and we only live 5 min away.
