I spent hours on hold to reach the local office to no avail. Finally got an 800 number through my insurance company and got a live person. I explained in detail that I needed an upright standing walker with telescopic arm rests. This was what the orthopedic surgeon prescribed for several reasons 1 it maintains proper balance and posture to mitigate knee pain while maintaining mobility 2 the arm rests alleviate pressure from the knees 3 the telescopic arm rests allow the walker to fit in my car easily so I can use it to go to a park or a store. I own a walker that has a hard cushioned seat with arm rests that doesn’t fit in the car easily. When I saw the Lincare walker I explained that it was not fit for service; and that I needed an upright walker. The representative said oh we don’t have any of those! So they could say that before I went there and got a walker that doesn’t fit any of my needs! It could only barely fit in the car because it didn’t have arm rests! Pictures are one what I already have 2 what the doctor wanted me to have and 3 what Lincare provided

If zero stars were an option, that is where we would be. It is impossible to reach anyone at the office. A hospital bed was ordered on Wednesday for a person actively dying and in need. The paperwork sat in their fax machine for two days until I threw an absolute fit. It is now Monday and we still don’t have a bed and cannot reach anyone, yet again. Other than one very kind employee that answered and worked with me Friday afternoon to actually find the paperwork, they are just completely unhelpful. Not what anyone needs when it comes to medical care.

It has bee so helpful to me to have a LINCARE oxygen concentrator waiting for me when I arrived to visit my son in Florida, 600 miles away. This service was just a phone call away to my local office in Indiana., and so convenient! Also my portable oxygen unit from LINCARE made it possible to make the trip. I even flew by myself!

There has never been a time ( even with an appointment) I received helped right away. I had an appointment the last time I went and 2 ladies came in while I was waiting. The First Lady waited patiently for someone to help her the Second Lady sighed and rolled her eyes. The First Lady just needed to pick up a paper so I didn’t mind that the girl waited on her. The Second Lady stepped up to her and the next thing I knew the girl said” I’m going to help her. I’ll be right back”. I was more than aggravated! She took 20 minutes with her then helped me. Although she was nice, I thought that was totally rude. My appointment was for 1:00 and the Second Lady’s was 1:15. That’s when I decided I have had enough. I have gotten a bill from them but yesterday I got one for $215.84 hmmm

Update: They never answer the phone. I have call several times and no one answers. It doesn’t matter what time of day. I went to a doctor to see about the Inspire. Imagine taking my sim card and they told me it was under someone else’s name!
The comments back from Lincare on here want you to call them but with their track record ,I chose to pass. If they care so much why don’t they change the business?

I have called for 2 months to get another Bipap machine no response from the company. Asked for my sleep study results and they will not respond. They don't care for people they should be closed and investigated before someone dies from their neglect.

I had been trying for well over a year to get a new wheelchair. After my daughter speaking to a Melissa and your office and she assured her they could get the chair for me with no problem, 11 days after I seen my doctor and she sent the prescription in I have a new chair! Thank you so much for your help and your speed at taking care of ordering this chair for me!

I have absolutely loved Lincare so far! Customer service has been outstanding, we called to get services after family deciding to discontinue hospice care for a client so she can try to get stronger. We were waiting for about 2 weeks when I finally called Lincare they jumped right on and got my client set up and walked with me through the very stressful situation. Both Melissa, Angie and the team were incredibly kind compassionate and made me feel like it mattered to them. Brandon brought the equipment tonight and was friendly and professional! Thank you all for helping get this straightened out!!

They never have my order right, they always put me throw hell to get anything. I have to call 6 or more times to get one person who's knows what there doing. I just went Into the Yorktown indiana office and the guy working at the front desk laughed at me. I just switch companies and it's the best decision I've made. Please don't use this company they don't care about you.
