I’ve been a member here for a year. Loved it so much I added two more family members to it. Jay, the owner is great. Jim, the trainer is as well. What I like the best about the gym is someone will always walk my daughter to the parking lot if I’m not with her. Really great people. It’s best place in Vero for my family.

Locally owned gym with many essential machines for your fitness goals.

The gym not a big as a franchise one but it is not as packed. At the times I go I am able to get my workouts done without having to wait.

The place itself is clean and most of the gym goers do clean after themselves once they get done using the equipment.

Jay the gym owner is usually there during the day and he greets you and is there to answer any questions you may have or just chat.

Best gym ever, great prices and a super welcoming place! The owner is very friendly! There’s a great variety of machines, super affordable priced vending machine incase you forget a protein shake and really nice dumbbells!

Started coming to lifestyle 24/7 early 2019 and still here 2024! A friend brought me in for a free visit and met jay the owner right away, felt welcome every time and has become my comfort gym out of all the gyms I have been to in Indian River County. I go well out of my way since I live in Sebastian with no regrets. Gym is always clean and the atmosphere is light and welcoming. Try this gym out before you lock in anywhere else!

May I say that this gym is one of the most reliable, Safe and Caring environment. I've been at this gym for almost 2 years years and not onot once have I had any complaints. The staff are amazing they are welcoming and all and all in all just incredible. Everybody is really sweet and I wouldn't ask for a better environment or gym. Everybody is super inviting and very much care and will see your improvement and compliment you for your progress and achievements. As well as motivate you to continue your journey and becoming even better. 10/10 gym would recommend to anyone looking for a new start and environment.

Whether you want to train heavy compound movements, isolation movements, or machines Lifestyle 24/7 fitness has it all. Cardio equipment is great as well. The owner Jay as well as the other staff are very friendly and supportive which creates a positive and welcoming environment. The ability to train at this gym 24/7 makes it easy to get a workout in whenever it's convenient, so a busy schedule is not an issue. I would totally recommend this gym to people at a variety of fitness levels.

I enjoy working out at Lifestyle Fitness because the gym has a great selection of exercise equipment and an excellent atmosphere. Even when the gym is very busy, I have never had to wait to find a machine or free weights to use. The owner is very professional, knowledgeable & helpful when needed. I have worked out in every gym in Vero Beach, during my 12 years living here, and found this gym the best of them all. The members are friendly & courteous and Jay, the owner, personally welcomes every member by first name when they walk inside his gym.
