Probably the best Kroger in Lexington. Huge store nice selection of food. I like buying the Kroger brand simple truth organic. They also sell clothes!!

Placed a pickup order because me and my boyfriend are sick. It was scheduled at 5. They called and said it was “delayed” and it would be ready at 6:30. We got a text at 7 that it was ready, I get here and there is a line of 10 cars in front of me just waiting for a pickup spot! Took me another 40 minutes just to even get my pickup. What is the point of booking a time slot if this is gonna happen. This never happens at other krogers. Ridiculous. Will be reporting on app.

I had such a wonderful experience! I was greeted by Sue as I was walking through the store. Thomas, Saundra, and Linda made sure that I had gotten everything I needed and then Sue made sure I made it to my car safely. Every customer is made to feel important by this staff. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and this is why. Thank you to every person that works to keep everything going.

First of all, I am clearly injured/disabledand it's physically noticeable. I was at Kroger in Beaumont, my service animal was with me.

I was on the phone, and needed one more item when a voice says, "Get the dog out of the store now, it cannot be in here." I said, "My dog is a service animal, I have seizures, you can clearly see the damage from scars."
"Your dog doesn't have on the vest and it's store policy, see the sign on the door." she said.
"You are incorrect, service animals are not required to wear a vest." I replied. Then she threatened to call the police. I even showed her the Ada law. She then told me Kroger policy trumps the law, and that was when I threatened to have my attorney involved.

I had my service animals ID card in my wallet, she never asked for that. Tricia, the manager broke the law, made me leave, and denied my request to speak with another manager. I realize the amount of money my family spends won't even be noticed at the end of the day. I don't like tension being drawn to me because of the way i look, i felt humiliated, discriminated against as a person who is disabled, and not welcome in the store. Kroger, I really hope you take this opportunity to reprimand your manager, and to train people on how to interact with handicapable folks and service animals. I hate leaving negative reviews, and it's not something I do often if ever. But that was devastating, and occurred on 8/17/22.

Here's the sign, which doesn't accurately depict her statement. I'd really love to hear from Kroger management, and not escalate this any further.

Had a prescription called in on 06/18/2024 I arrived at 8:20 am to pick up rx for a procedure. I was told they we're "working on it." 30 minutes later with noone in sight I pecked on the window after the call button and phone got no response. Guy finally came to the window and said they were still working on it, this was a rx for 2 yes only 2 pills. They were not busy only saw 1 person come inside to the pharmacy. Fast forward about 7 more minutes and the rx miraculously appears. This was the easy pleasant part, next was met with rude and uncaring attitudes. I had sat there long enough that my vehicle battery died. I am a 65 year old woman and had a 3 and 7 year old grandsons in the car and it was getting hot. The pharmacy staff just stood and stared at us thru the window, no offer of help, caught them even laughing at one time. Finally pecked on the window to ask for help, girl said she'd have to go to the front manager and ask. Came back and said the stores boosting cables had been stole but they may could find some but I would have to bring a car to boost mine because it was against company policy for any employee to help us or use their personal car. These were the rudest and most uncaring people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I thought Kroger had higher standards than this. I know my local Kroger will always go above and beyond to help. On of the employees from the Arthritis and Knee pain center left her job to come boost my car off. I reported your employees inaction to them as they send most of their rx to you, I hope they find another who actually will care for their patients. My plan is to never do business with this uncaring place again and will continue my complaint up the chain.

Shout out to my fav Kroger in Lexington...I drive often to this one although several others are closer. Did grocery pickup today and they way everything was packed, including my raw meat in an extra plastic bag, was refreshing to experience. Thank you!!

Listened to them saying you can get $10 off a $30 purchase in pet supplies, then had them tell me at checkout that the cat litter that cost over $27 in addition to my $20 of cat food wasn’t “included”. Very, very poorly done indeed!
