Heather's gym is an amazing community filled with such wonderful people! I absolutely LOVE the variety of classes and times.
My struggle with gyms in the past (and I have tried it all) has been...
1 Classes available to hold me accountable
2 variety of classes so that I don't get bored
3 An environment where I am not intimidated and look forward to going
4 A variety of classes times to work with my crazy Healthcare schedule

Heather's Gym is more than a gym it really is a community. I have never been a regular gym goer but every time I take a class at HG, I feel welcomed, inspired, and renewed. The instructors are compassionate and encouraging. They are always there to answer questions or to give you that little extra push if you need it.

Heather, the owner, is actively involved in every aspect of her business. Often when I email a quick question or even comment she is the one who answers back! When I was taking my first classes she made it a point to introduce herself and welcome me. I've never been to a gym where that happens!

Heather has 3 beautiful studios that offer such a great variety that you can never get bored. If you need a nice slow warm yoga class at the end of a crazy week-- there is a class! If you need a high intensity cardio class to jump start your routine-- Heather has got a class for that too! And everything in-between.

Heather’s Gym is worth every cent! Classes are well attended because we all love it. The instructors are excellent and a true motivation. The #1 reason I got through pandemic times was this gym and the people who work and take classes there. Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience at Heather's Gym. I was looking to change up my workouts and found that HG offers a variety of classes and times that fit my lifestyle. The instructors are super friendly and helpful. They know your name instantly and make you feel like family.

I highly encourage anyone looking for a gym where the instructors are invested in your wellbeing, challenge you with every workout, and are super energetic; this gym is for you!

Workouts at Heather’s Gym have improved my life so much. I always made the excuse that after kids I didn’t have the time to workout.
With a 1.5 and 3.5 year old at home I needed an early class so I started to go to the 530 am class and now it’s become part of my routine. If I miss a workout I truly feel like something is missing. I felt very welcomed from the beginning, Debbie a fellow member of the gym noticed I was new and helped me pick out weights and set me up with a spot. It was so thoughtful and helped not make my first class intimidating. The classes are always different with fun music choices, the esthetic of the three gyms is beautiful, and the best part are the teachers. They will know you by name by your second time there. They are extremely friendly, not intimidating and very helpful. I’ve made tremendous strides since I’ve joined, not only in my fitness but my mental well being. I can never imagine not being a member now. They definitely have a life long member in me!

Becoming a member at Heather's Gym has been one of the best decisions of my life! Heather and her instructors are fun, knowledgeable, encouraging and challenging! There's the perfect mix of pushing you to your limit and letting you know that you CAN do it. The variety of classes offered is fantastic and covers everything that you could want. I'm excited each day I go to class, and I know I'll always have a phenomenal workout!

There is so much to love about Heather's Gym and RPM! Every single instructor is motivating and extremely knowledgable. The variety of classes offered at both locations are high energy & allow for all abilities to get an amazing workout. I have never enjoyed exercising as much as I do at this time in my life. Each class makes me sweat, laugh and be prepared for the day!

Heather's Gym changed my life in such an overwhelmingly incredible and positive way! The instructors are fantastic and very motivating! Heather herself is a dynamo of positive energy, always encouraging, always upbeat and always truly, truly inspirational. The yoga classes are beyond phenomenal- whatever your level, whatever your strengths or weaknesses, the classes will lift you up and energize you.
