Fit Factory isn't an ordinary gym that you would expect. It is hard to find the words this gym has had on my life.

The owner, Love Sr., has helped me with my personal fitness goals. It was never about looking good, which is one of the benefits. It is about being healthy, strong, confident, and a better human.

I started with Love Sr. with the plan to be there for 3 months and it has been 10 years. You may ask, why would anyone have a personal trainer for 10 years? Well, its because this is part of my life. In the three sessions I attend weekly, Love has helped me exceed any health goals I ever had in my mind, and we keep breaking records. He has helped my mindset through trauma, health scares, emotional challenges, and coached me through issues I didn't even know I had.

Love is a coach for Life. When I had two breast cancer scares, he was there to remind me of my strength and to keep pushing. When I had a divorce, he gave me his shoulder to cry on and then helped me stand up and move forward to be a better mother. To fight all the judgement and negativity surrounding me. He was there.

And when my 95 year old mother fell and I was scared. Love was there to cheer me on for providing a home and care for her.

So if you are thinking of starting a fitness program to look good in a bikini, maybe take a better look and start a program to be your best self. I am that better self and will continue to raise that bar with Love Sr. supporting my dreams.

I first met Love Avril at FitFactory in May 2017. I was going through a bit of a rough patch, emotionally and psychologically, not to mention physically, and I needed an avenue to heal my heart and my soul, and take control of my physical wellbeing.

I worked with Love for a little over three months before I had to stop due to a degenerating joint in my foot that was excruciatingly painful and prevented me from doing any kind of physical exercise. During those three months, I managed to lose almost 30 pounds and for the first time since my son was born (he was 20 at that time) my weight dropped under 200 pounds.

The change wasn’t just a physical one. During that time, my self-confidence, my self-esteem, my general outlook on my life improved 100%.

Through it all, there was one constant – Love. His caring, compassion, and genuine concern for my wellbeing, both physically as well as emotionally, never wavered. He was kind but firm, held me accountable, and knew just when and how to push me to work harder and to trust myself and believe that I was capable of doing what was hard. He introduced me to the Les Brown quote (which lives in my brain although I don’t always live by the words) - “If you do what is easy, your life will be hard. But if you do what is hard, your life will be easy.”

For numerous reasons, I didn’t return to Love after my foot surgery and subsequent recovery in 2018. Even so, he didn’t stop checking in on me every now and then.

I’m back now. I know he will help me right the ship and will stay by my side to help guide me forward. I need to do the hard work but I know I will have his guidance and support with every step. What I need now is Love.

When Love, my orthodontic patient and the owner/trainer at Fitness Factory, first gave me advise about my back, I became very curious because I felt that he genuinely cared about offering me some help. I asked if he could see me at his gym and from the first session on I noticed how dedicated, caring, and professional he is.
He started working with me to become more fit while strengthening my core therefore alleviating my back pain. Little did I know this was the beginning of a physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional journey. As you progress through your sessions with Love, you embark on a path to know and take care of your body better. He also encourages you to explore your emotions, expectations, and current issues in order to work on achieving an overall well being. Love designs a customized work out that is specifically for you every session and dedicates entirely to you. It's been close to 2 years and I feel that my progress has been incredible with his guidance. Thank you Love

I've been a client for 3 months. I've enjoyed every workout session. Although the beginning for me was rough, it's all worth it. I like the one on one, because you don't have to keep up with anyone else. Love is an amazing person and trainer. He genuinely cares for his clients and guides you to becoming a better you. Becoming a part of the Fit Factory family has been a godsend for me. My trainer, Love, has become such an important and necessary part of my physical and mental health. When I walked into the Fit Factory 3 years ago September of 2015 - I would have never thought at the end of 2018 I would still be here. However after 3 years, I have shed over 30 lbs and have committed to my health & fitness journey because of an amazing trainer Mr. Love Avril and his staff. He’s very knowledgeable with over 20 years of experience and is extremely passionate about fitness.
