Did not have hot water either night we stayed. Hotel said it was due to it being fully booked. I have never experienced such things in any other hotel I have stayed that was fully booked. Continental breakfast must have been on another continent. Neither morning did they have coffee or juice. Biscuits seemed over 3 days old reheated multiple times. Same with gravy. Cereal was stale and milk was room temperature. Would suggest staying elsewhere.

I stayed here back in August. It was an ok room, they have remodeled, didn’t fix the musty smell in the room. AC unit needs cleaned, had to put dryers sheets in the vents so I didn’t reak. The semi remodel was welcomed. Still needs some tuning. And it would possibly be worth the the $80 a night
Was turning in receipts for work and I seen I was never refunded my $100 deposit back. I do not smoke never have, didn’t damage the room in any what whatsoever. I will be looking to resolve this issue and get my deposit back. Or I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If you read the reviews there’s numerous people claiming they didn’t get their deposit back due ton”smoking in room” etc. sounds like their little racket.

The room was nice and clean the cleaning service was good. No coffee in the room but they had complementary breakfast including coffee 6 to 9 so that was nice. They charged us 100.00 at check out in case there were any issues with the room after we left but there wasn't so hopefully we get that reimbursed quickly. I didn't know that was a thing now to get charged an extra 100.00 to get a room on top of what we paid to stay for 2 nights. The location was kinda hard to get to, it's in with business complexes off a side road. Overall we would stay there again.

This is by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. My wife and I drove all the way from Arizona this week to take care of my mother who was just given 2 weeks to live due to ovarian cancer and we are taking care of her. The owner of this motel knocked on our door the very first morning after checking in and accused us of smoking in the motel room for for the past 3 days, when we never smoked in the room. Also we had only been in the room for less than 12 hours. My wife tried explaining we just had rented the room and have not smoked in the room and we were exhausted from taking care of my mother in our hospice care but the owner was just very belligerent and said he had been smelling smoke for days. The owner refused even to have a civilized conversation about this and said he didn't care about whatever we were dealing with or had to say. I am certain that the owner will probably respond to this review and try to explain he was in the right and we were wrong. But this is exactly what happened when we done nothing wrong, except pick the wrong motel room in Muncie Indiana. There are some really good motels in Muncie besides the Day's Inn around that same area with kind polite staff.

After booking for two days without any issues. GM (Rajh) accused me of stealing hanger. He checked the room when I went to checkout and gave me my $100 deposit back certifying that the room was okay. He said we wouldn’t receive our deposit back is there were any signs of damage or smoking or anything like that. When I tried to book the third day, He approached me and accused me of stealing a hanger. He said housekeeping reported a single missing hanger after he performed his check. He said he would check again as I specified that I used the hanger on the back of the roll chair and the bathroom door to dry my clothes. He said he didn’t check behind the bathroom door and would. He returned shortly and said he couldn’t find one of the hangers and we are unable to book again. I called after leaving to inquire more info on the situation and try to come to a resolution. He was rude on the phone so I asked if he could review the surveillance footage installed directly by the room I was in to prove I was innocent. He refused to review any footage and accused me of writing false reviews on his hotel. I denied those accusations as I’ve never written any reviews on his hotel or stolen anything. He said I am no longer able to book through his hotel due to writing false reviews and being accused of stealing a hanger. I was surprised by the lack of professionalism and blatant disrespect towards the paying customers.

Despite the previous comments of the rooms having issues, my stay here was excellent.
Room was clean, they even have a gym!
The breakfast they offer is great for kids coffee could be better but ultimately the rooms were amazing.

I am a Whyndam diamond member. I usually stay at budget hotels, but this one was by far, my worse stay. People were talking loud on the corridor for hours, knocking and slamming doors. Complained to the reception and to the guests themselves, with no luck till midnight.

I was overcharged $100 at chevk out with no explaination given by the clerk. I was told my dog pooped in the lobby on our way out and I didnt see her as she was behind me on her leash. The cleaning lady saw it but did not say anything to me for me to clea
