I like shopping here they have good prices and they always give coupons. I belong to CVS, and you get an extra discount on all CVS brands and coupons on every 4 prescriptions. I also like them because I never have to remember to call because my medicine is almost gone, they have it ready 3-4 days before I run out. Also, I can have it delivered through the post office, but I like to pick up so I can go shopping. I would recommend!! Plus I get a $10.00 coupon once a month for being a member.

My doc prescribed medication to me over a week ago and they still don’t have it and have horrible communication on if I can use another brand:option. My new “part time job” has been trying to get my medication as they never answer the phone and our also unhelpful in person. I have 12 emails going back and forth with my medical provider trying to get this medication. I’m done with CVS.

I completely disagree I probably have the same prescription that nowhere else likes to fill. I guess they'd all rather people high, & walking around everywhere dropping needles, geatered out of their mind, all higher than cootie Brown, & steeling stuff, etc etc, then trying to take a medication to keep them off the hard stuff. everywhere else is so judgmental with my prescription. I have a hard time with names, & just yesterday, January 9th 2025, I encountered the absolutely nicest pharmacy tech or whatever her role may be in the pharmacy at the CVS they're in New Albany, she described it as the standalone one, on State Street, anywho, I had the best encounter over the phone, the quickest fill for my prescription I've ever had, she did some leg work for me and it's like she knew I was at the end of my ropes and helped me through it. In one day, I had three different pharmacies, two of which was CVS and that personal CVS is the only one that had my medication for miles. I had gone days without my medicine and the other two places lied their butts off & where out of it. So I wasted so much time trying to beat the snow assuming we were going to have another bad snowstorm.
I give them 5stars, but that personal CVS should have a 10 in my opinion. I even told that girl she needs to tell them her butt needs to get a raise, because she was quick, thorough, compassionate, non-judgmental, and she actually turned my mood from absolutely livid, and at the end of my rope, to, completely positive with a smile on my face, feeling like I was practically at the top of the world. Then when I picked up my prescription the gentleman at the window was cooler than cool as well, not judgmental, nice, totally appropriate for the role he had at his job. Maybe it's just everybody else that's the problem with all them negative horrible reviews I've read

I always use the pharmacy. I have two young boys in daycare who are constantly sick with something. I rarely get great service but when I do I like to leave a review. Thank you so much to Nathan who helped me in the pharmacy drive thru August 20. You showed compassion and you don’t see that EVER. Had a smile on his face, explained what he had to do with the medication, was exceptionally fast because my baby was crying in the backseat. Bless you!

We recently moved to the area and decided to make this our pharmacy, despite the terrible reviews. That was a mistake. We haven't been here a single time without having an issue with the pharmacy. They have messed my wife's refills up every single time, and always blame it on her doctor, despite the doctor showing my wife the correct written prescription each time. Most recently, I was scolded by the person at the pharmacy register for trying to pay for a bottle of Dayquil at the same time as my prescription, so I had to go to the front and do a separate checkout for one item. Won't be going to this location again.

Bottom line if you gave a loved one that needs life saving meds DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible customer service, never answer the phone, workers are always angry, they refill the wrong prescriptions after you explicitly say what you need, the texting system doesn’t work. On hold for hours just to be transferred and on hold again.

CVS is fine for shopping but if you need your prescription filled in a timely manner you might try somewhere else. Often popular drugs such as Adderall, synthroid, and painkillers are often not available because they have run out. Also be careful if you buy vitamins there because they might be out of date. They have sales but again watch your dates.

Been a member since 2016. They have always struggled with getting sensitive medication on time. Friendly environment, just poor standards.
