Recent joined this gym in 2025 and I absolutely love it! 10/10 recommend. They have the best staff, big shoutout to Kris and Star they always greet us with the best energy no matter if it’s 5:00 am or 5:00 pm!

I do like this gym! Only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to a trainer I met here, Zach Drake. Training sessions with him were
pretty decent, but coaching did not work out.

These guys are awesome. Always very helpful and friendly form the moment I check in and all the way through my workout. Especially that Stephen guy, knows a lot about working out and has helped me with. Couple of pointers during my workouts. Would recommend all day everyday

My Experience at this location has been great. They have a friendly staff and always greet me when I come in. The gym is clean and has a ton of equipment. I also recommend starting off with a Kickoff session. My session was great and I learned a lot of exercises I can now utilize in the gym.

Refuses to cancel my gym membership despite making multiple requests and calling for months and speaking to multiple different staff, including the manager. Corporate is MIA with no way to reach out to them directly. If you wish to cancel your membership, you are better off just working something out with your bank because staff here are either unable/unwilling to help.

This is a review for my personal Trainer Jasmine!

She was a great fit from the beginning! I was coming over to crunch from a HITT gym that had all guided classes. I was totally lost in a gym like this and needed a ton of guidance. She was patient with me and always made me feel comfortable during our sessions.

I struggle with PCOS and she was super helpful with giving me tips and advice on food as well as holding me accountable with my activity level. Forever thankful for what she’s done for me!

I have been a loyal member of Crunch Brandon since 2020, consistently attending and making fitness a priority in my life. I was on the $9.99 grandfathered plan, which I greatly appreciated. This year alone, I visited the gym 279 times between January and September 3rd, showcasing my dedication.

Recently, I was compelled to switch to a higher-tier plan so I could access multiple gyms. However, after seeing how overcrowded the other locations were, I decided the upgrade wasn’t worth it. Unfortunately, due to Crunch’s rigid policies, I am now unable to return to my original $9.99 plan.

I even took the time to write a formal letter to Crunch corporate, explaining my situation and asking them to reconsider, but they completely ignored my concerns and failed to reply. This lack of respect and inflexibility toward a member with nearly 5 years of loyalty is extremely disappointing.

Crunch Brandon clearly values profit over people, and I can no longer recommend them to anyone looking for a gym that truly supports its members.

The customer service with management is absolutely disappointing. They are unorganized and they do not prioritize their customers need.

However, the personal training experience I’ve had is 10/10. They are attentive and personable. I’ve seen lots of progress because of my trainers dedication.

Unfortunately, because of the issues with management I would not consider going back.
