This location was right next to where I had dinner so went in for a sweet treat. Even though the weekly menu is small there were some though decisions to be made.

The crowd favorite was the Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake! So delicious and big enough to share... if you want to 😜.

Brownie Batter had nice chocolate flavor but the cookie was too dry, not chewy enough.

I love this location, way better than the one closer to me. Their staff is kind and fast working. They put on a smile and have a great attitude towards customers. Even just the simple, showing you the cookies and asking if everything is correct before you leave, it makes a huge difference. Both you and the customer have the ability to confirm everything is right before they leave. And it just feels like they care more, to add the extra step.

My wife had heard about this place through social media and planned to take me there as a birthday surprise. Having heard that there can be a line and not knowing what to expect, we placed a mobile order ahead of time. We were there on a Saturday around 11:45 and it was not busy at all. We ended up getting a box of four containing the classic chocolate chip, peanut butter brownie, iced sugar cookie, and a cookies and cream flavor. The cookies themselves are huge and very rich. All of the flavors were delicious. We will be back again but maybe we will only get one or two cookies. Let me reiterate again, they are huge!

Very disappointing. I went in around 11am on 12/13 to purchase some cookies. Two women were out front making boxes. No one asked can I help you. I continued to wait. One of the women walked over to an area just behind the counter. She looked at me still did not say anything. She then turned around and kept folding a box. I waited several seconds and finally left with no acknowledgement. I don't know why the two worker acted this way but I will not shop there again. I am black but my money is definitely green!

Very consistent service and food, a location that takes the quality of the cookies seriously. Only complaint is not based on this specific location, but that Crumbl keeps raising the prices of their cookies. Otherwise, this is a good location if you're wanting to pick up some Crumbl.

Heavenly Bodies

Really sad right now. I'm not a complainer but I don't feel like my cookies were baked long enough. I understand and like a chewy cookie but these were raw in more than just the middle. When I left I was so excited of course I grabbed a cookie to eat on the way home and I wanted to return and ask about them before I even got out of the parking lot. I feel pretty silly complaining about a cookie but four cookies were $15. I couldn't eat any one of them, All, mushy in the middle. I'm really disappointed. I'm not going back to ask for help. The young man made me feel awkward about tipping when I paid in cash. He asked me how much I wanted to tip. I said can I just have my change and back and then tip you? He said that's okay, you don't have to tip. He handed me a 20, 10, a five and a nickel. Did he think I was going to give him the five or the nickel? I tip most everywhere I go and could have used some singles. In one of these pictures I hope you can see the portion of the cookie that was baked and the rest and the entire center not baked. Total Karen top off, the music was way too loud and distracting of my entire less than 5 minutes experience. Sad, sad, sad

When Insomnia Cookie starts expanding, Crumbl will be closing shops left and right. Got a few cookies from Crumbl a couple times, and I'd definitely be better off heading downtown. If I wanna taste a baked good that tastes like soured flour, I could eat my ex's cooking.
