When visiting the RV show in Indianapolis, we were lucky to be paired up with Alan Rivera as our sales rep. While he was very busy with other customers, he kept coming back and checking on us to make sure everything was OK. He was incredibly helpful and easy to work with, and when we finally signed on the dotted line, his continued contact and interaction with us throughout the entire process was very helpful. As the day came closer for the inspection and pick up and delivery, Alan was always in contact with us to make sure that everything was running smoothly. And just prior to the delivery of our RV, I asked for his help in getting a item that was needed, and he was able to make that happen so that we had it when delivery of the RV was made. Alan is a great asset to the Camping World company and we greatly appreciate his help in securing for us what we think is the perfect RV for us.

Normally camping world is our happy place while traveling. We like to look at the newer floor models, this location you have to provide a DL and phone number to look. I’m told it’s for the safety of their staff. Little scary! We had a young sales person whom I didn’t find funny but he seemed to crack himself up with the knowledge he thought he had on my needs. I took it as he just needs more training and experience. The front desk and store staff were helpful and polite.

We found our Jayco camper right before we almost purchased a different destination model from a different dealership. I am so happy with the service that DJ provided to us. It was as if we were dealing with him here in our home state of Pennsylvania, even though he was halfway across the country in Indiana.

To start we bought a 2024 new wolf pack toy hauler that we traveled bout 5 hours to pick up. Like to start by saying everyone was friendly and good to work with at this location. NOW, When buying from here make sure you understand there will be a transport fee and a prep fee added to your price. That being said I paid $2,000 in prep fee to arrive a WEEK after putting holding moey on the unit to spending over an hour fixing things on the walk through. For one it did not have the bunk ladders that it was suppose too, 2. The interior garage door was mounted crooked and not latching. 3. Bedroom hida door did not have the retaining strap, 4 batteries that they installed where left unfinished and boxes not closed up. Most was rectified there other than door and few trim panels that where loose. I just feel if they want to charge a large prep fee, make sure it's preped... Not just it's got wheels and a battery send it out the door. Other than that sales, and finance went smooth and easy to work with throughout the sale. Pictures attached will update with results.

We were fortunate enough to get Treven Babb for our salesperson. He went above and beyond to make sure we were within our budget and helped us find the perfect camper! He did extra work he wasn't required to do to make sure we had what we needed to safety pull our new camper home. Every time we pop into Camping World, he remembers us and always has a friendly smile and makes sure we are happy with our purchase. We've told a few of our fellow campers about our positive experience, and I believe a couple of them have been up to purchase a new camper at Camping World.

My salesman ,Will Cary, was great at finding us the exact camper we were looking for and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The only person I will buy a camper from in the future. My camper had a few small things that needed attention/repaired and Camping World took care of it quickly.
Revised: they told me it would get taken care of Quickly before my next trip the next weekend. Nothing happened. After not having lights on the Brand new $106,000 campers very first trip I spent three hours and found three blown fuses To the power converter and fixed it myself. I talked to Them again two weeks later And they said they could get it in about 2 1/2 weeks 🤣. Now I just had another weekend of camping ruined by another problem with the Jacks and leveling system And spent the whole time Again diagnosing the problem myself. I'm Going to call them this week and see what they do this time. My salesman was the only good part of Camping World

While looking and during the purchase process communication is good, however once you sign the dotted line that’s where it ends. Getting a call back from anyone is impossible. On 2 separate occasions we had to physically walk into the showroom. Service department isn’t any better.
