Mario is an excellent trainer, able to create a fun and engaging workout based around your physical abilities, interests and needs. He cares about his clients and provides fitness and health advice/tips in addition to the workout. His gym is PACKED with great equipment (he adds and rotates things in regularly). He offers fun classes for kids too (my tween loved his summer camp options).

I have been seeing Mario for personal training sessions for a few years. He is fun, easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. The new gym space is a bright, clean atmosphere with fantastic training equipment. I also recently began bringing my son to Teutonic Gym and am very happy with the safe and age-appropriate workout programs Mario has developed. This is a great gym with a great owner.

I have been training with Mario for over a year and he really knows his stuff. He has been particularly helpful in targeting muscle groups to reduce nagging back pain issues. The facility is great also with new equipment showing up seemingly every month.

Mario is a great trainer. I am very much a beginner. He is patient and can adapt workouts to meet my needs. We do a lot of functional fitness and weight training.
His classes are a lot of fun too! I highly recommend going to his gym.

This is just not a review, it is my honest experience in words as I am training with Mario off and on since 2018..
Mario ( owner and personal trainer for Teutonic gym) is simply fabulous, very knowledgeable and very professional. I love how he uses different exercises every day to help achieve the goal for fitness. the BEST gym and the BEST trainer.

I’ve been working out with Mario Zwingmann for about 3 years, and it’s never the same workout - never boring!
Mario come up with unique exercises custom-tailored to my abilities, and provides feedback throughout. I always enjoy getting a strong workout at Teutonic Gym using high-end and unique equipment, not found in most other gyms.
Whether it’s a 1x1 session or a group class, Mario provides individual attention and guidance to every participant, to ensure that all exercises are effective, and done correctly and safely.
The result: always, a strong and challenging workout in positive, and motivating environment!

I cannot say enough great things about this gym: the atmosphere, the trainers, the people, the approach to fitness… it’s like a second family! I especially value the individualized, quality vs quantity approach. Our entire family trains here and we cannot be happier with Mario and his team!
