I joined Keith at FFLA during a time where I had no control over my eating habits and no idea of how to jump back into a fitness routine. Thanks to him I currently feel more in control of what and how much I eat. During his virtual 21 day program I learned so much in regards to food groups, how my body reacts to them and the power of daily exercise… even if it’s just a 20 minute walk. I would highly recommend FFLA to not only kickstart your health journey, but also to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

This program is a Game changer. From day one I knew I had someone in my corner, helping me every step of the way.
Keith has been awesome, he has been there to answer my questions and cheering me on.
For once I am loosing weight and feeling great. Trusting the process and getting results.
Keith took the time to understand my injury and worked with me to get me moving and taking steps into exercising.
Haveing a coach and having to be accountable is what has gotten me to the success I have made so far.

Keith Smith was fantastic. I worked with him virtually because I don’t live in LA, and I’m really pleased with my results. Not only did he help me lose 50 pounds, he also helped me change my way of thinking. I’m much more disciplined now and have been able to keep the weight off. When I started with Keith I was literally in negative shape. I couldn’t get through 30 minutes. Now a few months into sessions and I feel great and several problem areas of health (injury, muscle deficiency, MINDSET) for me have greatly improved. That last part is key — He works to help change your mindset about movement and health as much as putting you through the exercises. Highly, highly recommend.
