I have had nothing but good experiences here! My children are so well loved, and cared for by all the staff. I would recommend this location to anyone without a doubt! They never hesitate to make my children smile and do everything they can to make them feel comfortable. My 18M old
Absolutely loves his Ms.Ashley, Ms.Kristen and Ms.Olivia. Any time he’s having a Rough day he sees them and it changes his whole mood. Theres nothing better than knowing your children are loved and cared for by people who truly love what they do.

I have been working at Southside for the past 6 months and I can say that this is the best work environment I have ever had. I love every single employee here and have had not a single problem with anyone. All employees treat the kids just like they would their own. They try their absolute best to make sure all kids are safe, happy and cared for. I don’t have one bad thing to say, I love it here!

Love all these ladies! Awesome childcare. My son comes everyday and my girls have been begging me to go next year. All staff is amazing and love all these kids as if they were their own. Can't ever have too many people to love your kids 💜

DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! This place has been an absolute nightmare for quite a while now. The workers bless their hearts are severely underpaid and under trained. You never know if the person you dropped your kids off with will be there when you pick up or not because they just walk out and then hire whoever walks in the door. Feel like I have seen it all up there and I'm sorry I made my son go there so long. There is zero consistency and kids need that to learn and develop. They won't find it there. I have never had to advocate for someone as much in my life as I have with this place. Potty training- you can forget it. There gonna put your kid in a diaper. They have zero accountability and point the finger at the children for their lack of responsibility, leadership and chaos. You as a family and your children as individuals are far better off of you avoid this place and any of it's chain facilities at all cost. If you want your child to be loved on and have good things taught to them find another place/ person to care for them while you go to work. Your child is more then just a number on a spreadsheet!!! Their development and future should not be left in the hands of this company.

All I can say is amazing! You know it's a great place when you're on vacation in Florida and your daughter asks to please send (her teacher) Ms. Haley and (Director of the School) Ms. Kristen pictures of her at the aquarium!! Lol 😆 My daughter has attended for over 2 years now. She is now 5 years old and has grown and learned sooooo much. The teachers are genuinely interested in my child and care about her feelings her interests and needs/wants and happiness. Not only is learning a key goal for the class but structure, routines, and manners are encouraged daily. My daughter is rewarded with recess and arts and crafts activities and the monthly calendar of events are given for students to participate in and enjoy. My daughter looks forward to going to school to be active in the class with friends and to see all her teachers and staff. I could go on and on naming the special little things we see and experience daily as family of Southside. Truly grateful for this place and all the special people that work there! Thank you to all and hopefully those that see this are able to join and their children can flourish just like my sweet girl has 🤗 💜💜💜

Staff is amazing so loving and caring!! I have had my son in 3 other centers in his life time and this is by far the best one! Also a lot cleaner ! Give them a shot you won’t regret it!

We moved here from another daycare because we weren’t comfortable, and I’m glad we did. They have been patient with my kids while they adjust to the change and they already have favorite teachers. The only issue we’ve had has been some diaper rash, which I’m confident will not be a recurring issue.

My son has been going to this daycare since he was 1 and he’s now 7. My daughter the same and she’s now 4. Obviously there is a reason why we haven’t left after all these years! I consider everyone at this daycare like family. All the teachers love and care for my kids like they are their own. My kids get so excited each more to go to daycare especially when they get to see their favorite teachers. All the teachers are good but there are a some that just stand out more than others… Chelsea, Haley, Julie, and Lily. Those 4 teachers I cannot say enough good things about them. They will do everything in their power to insure kids have the very best day. They notice when kids aren’t themselves and they try and make their days brighter. They are Stern and also respected by the kids. When I see these teachers each days they let me know how my kids did and let me know if there are anything that we need to work on. If your child ever gets the chance to be in a class with Chelsea or Julie it will literally be the BEST experience for your child. Both teachers are so passionate, loving, and caring. Chelsea has been with my son since he was TWO! They have such a strong bond. My son doesn’t trust very many people and to see the trust that he has for Chelsea truly means a lot. Huge shout out to Haley! My daughter was struggling to get potty trained. Haley though, she put a plan in place and within two weeks my daughter is FINALLY potty trained! Lily, she created a potty chart for my daughter as well. Completely her idea!! Which also helped. It’s these things right here that teachers take upon themselves to show they actually care about the kids. This daycare is full of loving compassionate caring teachers!
