We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Our check in was quick, we apreciated the lobby cookies and flavoured water, a very nice touch. Our suite was exceptionally comfortable and spacious, with GREAT pillows. We especially liked the double sinks/mirrors, outside of the washroom area. This made it really comfortable for 2 people to get ready. Breakfast had lots of options, the chocolate croissants were a hit with my daughter! The location of the property is perfect for walking to the beach, shopping, and eating out. We will definately be returning!

Hotel is close to airport (5 minutes). It was clean and had everything we needed. Room was spacious and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is no airport shuttle though. Cab ride was close to Uber price (around $15). Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. Would stay again if there for early morning flight but would price shop. There are a couple of other options in the area

Our room was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable. There was lots of parking. The breakfast was decent with lots of choices and many types of fruit, the only thing missing for me was bananas. The coffee was great. Proper plates, cups, glasses and flatware used…paper cups were there as well as recycleable containers for takeaway. Newspapers were on hand. Coffee, fruit and cookies available in the lobby. All in all a very nice Best Western Hotel.

We stayed here this summer with our son & frenchie; for the month of August pets stay free. For being so close to the highway it was very quiet & a great location to take the dog for a walk in the morning. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The breakfast included was appropriate, nothing missing from a traditional breakfast in a serve yourself style. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. It is walking distance to the waterfront and the main shopping area. The hotel staff is very friendly and customer service orientation. The room was clean. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Non-dairy milk was the biggest touch that demonstrates the attention to customer needs. The gym has Peletons, which I never tried before staying at this hotel, but they are great.

One of the best Best Westerns I have stayed at. Upon check in I was acknowledged with platinum status and got bag of chips and water. There is a nice hot chocolate machine in lobby.

The place was in a good area to all the places we wanted to visit. The service of the staff was great. I expected to have a simple continental breakfast and was surprised by warn waffles, eggs, on top of other options for the breakfast. Having breakfast made for us in the morning, save us time and money in our day.

Great staff and location. We stayed for 3 days at the Emerald Isle, everyone was helpful and sincerely nice. The breakfast was great and the pricing for the room was competitive. We will stay again.
