I needed a place to stay for the night. Was happy is was very quiet and served breakfast, like an actual breakfast the next morning. I hate I couldn't afford to stay longer but it was worth the night. The room was dark and the colors give dark. Seems like the carpet could use a good shampoo as there was a mildew smell in the air.

No fan in the bathroom.
Ice machines don’t work on most floors so have to go to the first floor.
Housekeeping doesn’t fully restock cups or coffee pods etc during one’s stay.
Staff pulled breakfast 10 minutes early and continued removing food even tho people were arriving and clarified that it was still within hours. No muffins for those of you in the last 10 minutes!! Not fantastic hospitality in that.
They have a pool but the ads didn’t mention it was closed part of the year. I looked for that info since other hotels list pool closings. There was no mention of it being seasonal, but it is. It was closed. An open pool is why I chose this hotel, so that felt a little bait and switch.

On the other hand, with the exception of the one staff pulling breakfast early and not stopping when asked about it by guests, most staff were awesome and helpful.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a generous ration of 22 sheets of toilet paper, which I assume was the hotel's way of saying, "Don't get too comfortable." Each square was like gold—thin, precious, and utterly useless. I could practically hear the housekeeping staff snickering as they allotted me this luxury, as if daring me to live life on the edge (or at least the edges of the TP).||||The pillowcases were a delight. They carried the distinct aroma of "Eau de Stranger's Scalp," a fragrance that really makes you appreciate the old saying, "sleep tight, don't let the head lice bite." Truly, a sensory experience I'll never forget.||||The pièce de résistance, however, was discovering that a car had decided to go on an unplanned adventure just 0.3 miles from the hotel. Nothing screams "top-notch area" like laying your head down to see notifications of stolen vehicles.||||And the fun didn’t stop there! Imagine our surprise when several members of our soccer team started receiving alerts about their credit cards being used to order pizzas in states they've never been to. Turns out, the hotel also provided a complimentary service that includes a side of credit card fraud. So while we were stuck dealing with mystery meats and rotten OJ in the hotel’s dining area, our bank accounts were out there living their best lives, buying pepperoni pizzas in Georgia. It's these little touches that really make a stay unforgettable.||||In summary, if you're looking for an unforgettable experience—one that you'll likely want to forget—this is the place for you. Just make sure to bring your own TP, pillowcases, and a prepaid debit card that you don’t mind getting maxed out. Five stars, if only for the stories you'll have to tell afterward.||||I won’t even go into how the fridge was not cold at all of how they shared a list of the guest names, room numbers, rates, and credit card types. Very upsetting to see such a breach in of privacy. Knew the whole stay wasn’t going to go well when I asked about early check in and heard a long pause followed by a “no”, the type you know is they could have accommodated but chose not to do so.

The hotel itself was beautiful and amazing The elevator was a little sketchy but not default of the hotel. However the service was horrible waiting to check in was like 30 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front desk. I came down about 5 minutes after I got there to get something from the sundry shop same thing. The next morning I came down because my wife lost our keys to get a new one the black lady behind the desk acted like I had the plague because I sneezed as I was walking up to the desk. Because of the dog that walked right past me. She basically threw the second key at me after she asked me 400 questions about me being a guest there even though I had my ID could tell her the room number and the last four digits of the credit card on file. Came back in that same evening tried to buy something from the sundry waited almost 45 minutes no one ever came to the desk so I put my stuff back and went back to my room The third day was probably the worst there was a black gentleman who was there who came out of the manager's office I tried to speak to him twice to ask where the ice machine was and he completely ignored me. Their breakfast was horrible undercooked sausage gross potatoes they only good thing they had about breakfast was there six varieties of cereal. I have stayed at 126 Best western's nationwide and this is the worst customer service I've ever had but one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to. The location was great a little far from where we were going but we didn't mind. If they could get their customer service up this hotel would be a rockstar

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and breakfast was great. Nice location right off the highway, but not a bad drive to get downtown. Next to a popular Korean BBQ restaurant. Highly recommend. We'll stay again if in the area!

Overall one of the worst hotel experiences. Bathroom sink clogged as soon as I ran the water. Tv was not working, door would close from the outside, waffles had a really weird taste.

The hotel is not the cleanest. I experienced the worst customer service by the front staff member and I don’t know her name since her name tag did not have her name on it. She greeted me very rudely and unprofessional. The check in time is 3:00pm and I showed up at that time and she told me there was no room available for me that I needed to wait until 4:00pm. I told her my email reads that the check in time for this hotel is 3:00pm She proceeded to say yeah it probably does say that but do you want a dirty room? Why are you even working in hospitality if that’s how you greet customers? Felt so disrespected and if it wasn’t for my child I would have gotten that reservation cancelled asap. This hotel does not deserve anyone’s business.
