I just wanted to give a shout out for great customer service to a gentleman named Jebadiah I think was his name? I asked him a question and he greated me with a smile and quick nice response to my needs. He even took me to a place in the store where the item I was looking for was. But unfortunately the item wasn’t in stock so he took me to another place it might be and it wasn’t there as well. So he got on his little hand held and looked up to see if it was at other stores. I just want to thank him for being so helpful and nice and also informative!

Stopped by to pick up groceries, went through a lane with a cashier-because I had back surgery. She scanned all my groceries and as they piled up she said here’s your receipt.
No one bagged my groceries, so I proceeded to bag my own as the cashier and the next two next to her proceeded to stand there. “I asked if we now have to bag our own groceries? She said” we don’t have any help
I help sometimes…” as I continued to bag over $100 worth of food”. And she stood there. I’ve been in the food business for 35 years and customer service is usually important.
I will from now on go to Meijers, where people wait on you, prices are lower along with more money back on perks. But when you go through a cashier line they speak, bag your groceries no matter what, and treat the customer with respect because we do pay they’re paycheck..For a cashier to stand and watch the customer try and bag all her groceries while she stands a watches- someone in training failed. And she the cashier needs to understand customer service. Your prices are high enough to hire bag people and people that are suited for customer interaction.

Beware of deceptive practices on Christmas sales for meat !

Kroger's MOST expensive cut of beef in the store was $135, which was located in the SAME display case and right under the sales price tag for the LEAST expensive cut of beef - that was "on sale" but out of stock.
I went to the nearby Meijer store where they were fully stocked with beef that were clearly marked at reduced prices for Christmas dinner.

Purchased pico from the “Made Fresh Daily” produce section on 9/29. This is inexcusable and can make someone very ill. I reported it and was told someone would reach out. Never heard back. That’s pretty scary and could have put someone in the hospital.

Apparently August is the appropriate time for the noxious cinnamon brooms filling the entrance with their stench. Is there any way to display these in a way that doesn't make your store a hazard for those caught off guard? (Thanks to the other customer who checked to see if I was okay.)
And the soda aisle had apparently had an early morning spill that went "unnoticed" - the sticky, dirty floor should have caught someone's eye, if not the person who was stocking. The store employee who asked if I was finding everything headed straight over to clean up, so it seems that someone should have mentioned it to the store when they spilled.
The cashier and bagger were great.
I've never seen this store not at top shape so today was disappointing.

I always enjoy shopping at this grocery store but let me make you aware of something. There are a ring of panhandlers begging for money in the parking lots and though this can bring a negative light on the store, you can trust that if you notify the store they will handle it quickly. Please do not give these panhandlers money. They don't really need it They are simply trying to guilt you in to giving them money. If you see them, please notify the store immediately!

I was getting water and it said that the price was 2.99 but when I went to pay the price on the self check out screen said 3.99 so called for staff and she said that it was for another water packet even though the sign was on the water I was getting. Staff was so rude and wasn’t helping at all and kept a saying “I’m just a cashier, I can’t help with the prices”…. That is literally your job.

Decent store but frequently don't have a lot of items I buy at other Kroger locations. Staff has always been friendly except for one cashier, Yvonne who is consistently rude and unfriendly. I was a front End Manager for a grocery store and if she had been on my staff I would get her off the front End and in a position where she is not dealing with the public. Meijer just down the road will be my "go to" store from now on.
