This is a great martial arts institution. I really appreciate the ability to try the class out before signing up for multiple sessions. The instructor does a fantastic job of working with the classes of all ages and is very knowledgeable. I also think its a great concept to allow the families to attend class on days that work well with their schedule, for families with multiple children, this is a great perk ! Since starting the classes, my son has displayed an increased sense of respect and discipline as well as responsibility. I definitely recommend!

My 11 year old daughter has been attending for the past 5-6 months. We originally signed up for a 2 week trial and she was hooked. After trying every sport unsuccessfully, finding one that she adores has been incredible! Not only has her discipline improved, her ability to memorize facts and figures has improved significantly. I have been blown away by her love of this program. Her sense of pride, self confidence, and overall happiness has been so wonderful to see. Nearly every day we have class, she is excited to go, it is never a fight to get her there. The class options of 4:00 and 6:15 work extremely well for our family. She's very happy there.

Our daughter started here on the trial. Within two weeks she was hooked and begging to sign up for the real deal. Mr. Kennedy and the instructors are super child friendly and very professional. I love that my younger child is allowed to come and watch while picking up on the class knowledge without actually doing the class because of her age.
This has been a huge contributor to the over all health of our daughter and we couldn't be happier.

My son is a student here and absolutly loves attending unfortunately we have been out due to some personal issues. When my son started this class 4 months ago he was the shy give up easily type. Now hes the first one to jump up volunteer and take charge anywhere we go. Id like to send a big shout out to Mr. Kennedy you are an amazing role model my son has great respect for you and others . 😁 Thankyou!!!

I started with the 16 week challenge back in February. The fitness classes are fantastic and energetic. Definitely gets the blood pumping! A few weeks into the fitness program, I joined the Krav class. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it to anyone (over the age of 16). My son decided to join Krav as well and loves it. I also have a step daughter who joined the taekwondo classes.
No matter where you are on fitness, there is a spot for you here! Friendly, fun and exciting!!!

Gym owner very hands on and instructional. Very knowledgeable about technique and maximizing efficiency. Would still be attending this school if i had not moved out of the area.
