Went out of town for a few months when I get back I'm not able to enter the gym due to an update. After updating the app is no longer able to find my account. Requested a password resent and nothing came back.
I have $40 statements from the gym charging, and a $20 statement that's currently pending. There is no one to talk to, the voice mail is full and just hangs up on you.
I would like this issue resolved.
1 star review until it is.
Edited review score will attempt to follow instructions and return 5* when I have access.

Really not a bad little spot. Some of the equipment isn’t the best, but you work with what you got. The scanner at the door has a hard time in sunlight, but I expect that from phone screens. Would have given more stars, but the staff up front is usually rude. They give nasty looks to people, are always on their phones and always have their friends up there hanging out. We canceled our membership for this reason.

first time going to a gym and i absolutely LOVE it .. the staff was very helpful with any crazy questions i had.. and always greets me with a smile.. very welcoming environment... and it's always so clean .. a good variety of workout equipment too <3

Came to this gym it’s Tuesday at noon. Nobody answers the doors. Nobody answers any of the phones. I’m from out of town. Was hoping to work out. Get a day pass or a week pass as my mother is in the hospital and can’t seem to get a hold of anybody at this gym, not really good for business

Thank you for your reply. You may be on a family vacation and that’s great but if you’re not gonna have somebody At least you should have a QR code for a day pass I own a small business too.

Hello. I made an attempt to go in yesterday, 12/26/24, but the chip didn't work in either door, and because of the holidays, there were no staff. Now my cc was compromised, so I had to get a new one the same day. Could that have been the issue? And who do I contact to update?

-Clean
-New equiptment
-Nice layout
-Not a lot of people
-equiptment fixed fast

Con’s
-Cheap equiptment, falls apart … bolts nuts loose compared to high end hammer strength/life fitness etc
-No one re racks weights ever … weights EVERYWHERE on all pieces of equiptment. Been coming 2 years now nothing changes no repercussion for leaving weights …

Clean and safe but mostly free weights, so be prepared. Has very nice restrooms and ellipticals, treadmills.

Unfortunately the app is not recognizing my email so I can't get a "code" that is asking to continue. Help!!!
I don't want to wait for the holidays to end to use the gym.
