Gym has everything you could need, is conveniently open 24/7 and kept in good shape. Geo is awesome! Made signing up easy and quick and plays an eclectic mix of good music in case your buds die don’t “sweat” it!

I used to really like this gym, besides the parking and how crowded it gets they have all the machines you could need. However my experience with crunch (as a whole) has been absolutely horrible. I moved away 6 months ago and was told my membership would be cancelled when I went to cancel it. Today I just received a $134 charge from crunch and no one from this company can give me a reason as to why they charged me. I’ve been at pfit for the last 6 months and it’s been the best gym experience, with a transparent staff AND corporate staff. Not trying to rob their guests for anything they can get. For how big of a company this is, it’s shameful.

Good luck ever trying to cancel from this gym. They will make you come in person to the home gym, or send certified mail. They may also continue to charge you after canceling. It’s just such a great experience.

This gym is just so terrible, the new layout just doesn’t make sense, I don’t know why you would take up the whole middle of the gym for turf it feels like a spotlight for people ESPECIALLY new people. My reason for switching to this gym was the sauna (as I’m sure is the same for most people) and it is continuously broken. When the sauna is the reason a large percentage of your members go to your gym why wouldn’t you fix it immediately whenever it breaks? Bathrooms are dirty a lot and customers wise they tend to attract very creepy men that aim to make you uncomfortable during your workout as a woman. Only good thing is that most of the front desk workers are nice. This gym could be a lot better it just seems like management is getting lazy

Great place with helpful staff. Place is very clean with well maintained equipment. Friendly atmosphere and clean locker rooms. Feels safe in a busy shopping mall. Extra parking in back of gym. Highly recommend!

I've had the pleasure of being a member at Crunch Fitness for several months now, and I must say, it has been an outstanding experience. From the clean facilities to the welcoming atmosphere, Crunch Fitness has exceeded my expectations. However, what truly makes this gym stand out is the incredible staff, especially Matt, the general manager.

Matt consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that the members feel valued. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help with any concerns are what make the gym feel more like a community. I’ve personally had questions about my fitness routine and equipment usage, and Matt always took the time to answer thoroughly and with great patience. His approachable nature fosters a positive environment, making it easier for both new and experienced members to feel comfortable.

Crunch Fitness offers a wide range of equipment and workout classes, and it’s clear that they invest in maintaining a high-quality gym space. The cleanliness and organization of the gym are impeccable, and the energy in the facility is always positive and motivating.

A huge thank you to Matt and the entire team for making this such an enjoyable experience. The dedication and patience you show toward every member do not go unnoticed, and it’s greatly appreciated!

I’ve been a member to this gym since 2022 and have been an off again on again person. I’m have been constantly coming to this location for about 4 weeks now and I will say that every night when I come in I am greeted by their front desk person Geo with a smile and a “have a good workout” and when I’m ready to leave after my workout he always says “have a great night” honestly just those simple words by someone who I haven’t even had a conversation with make my workout feel better and makes my night. I’ve always been and still am intimidated by the gym but small things like having a friendly front desk person makes it a tad bit easier and does boost my confidence a bit more. Thank you geo and thank you crunch with my gym journey.

Great experience signing up (Matt was awesome). Friendly and helpful staff in a non threatening environment. My daughter even met a very helpful trainer that has helped her put programs together for the best results. In a few sessions the improvement in physical and mental wellbeing is noticeable.(Grace has been a blessing). This is a very pleasant big box gym that is doing it right, not too salesy, big but personable. Highly recommend for adults and teens .
