They’ve gotten better over the years with respect to predatory contractual practices. I come here every time I am in town to visit family. However, despite having generally nice equipment, the maintenance is lacking. Employees have a “I can’t do anything about it” attitude. I wouldn’t want this to be my regular gym (and I wouldn’t want to work with people having this attitude) but it’s fine in a pinch. Photo displays a broken rowing machine. None of the three machines is working correctly.

Paid absolutely nothing, only a $15 donation to a charity to start. They support Habitat for Humanity and CASA.

Everything was clean.

Everyone is friendly. Lots of equipment. Childcare seems great! The same ladies are always there and they are kind. They start at 8 weeks. Bring socks.

Lots of classes available from stretching to heavy activity. Sign up on the app. App is user friendly and works with apple watch!

Would love to see more fitness challenges! I love the billing structure but wish we could do it on dates that work best or pay ahead on fees/dues and do it on the app like I do my phone bill/electricity bill. I'm sure that will come with time.

Really glad I joined and look forward to achieving my health goals!

My wife loves this place. She raves about the childcare and how it’s always the same ladies. They do a phenomenal job! They have everything she was looking for from classes to equipment and a sauna. She also says don’t be intimidated by taking classes if you’re a beginner because you can go at your own pace. Even the PFifty. She loves it so much. I can barely keep her home now. Haha

Has great amenities, but honestly the cancellation fee and process is not worth it. When signing up I wasn’t told about a 30 day refund policy if canceled my membership until after a month of wanting to due to moving purposes. I wouldn’t recommend unless your for sure about them.

Awful awful awful gym. Screwed me over 250 dollars. And sent me to collection for something there fault. I moved to pa a year ago and tried to cancel my membership after I moved over the phone. At first it seemed all good. Called and it seemed like it was all set up. I was told I didn't need to pay any fees or anything. We'll a year later they sent me to collection because my account never fully closed. Apparently even after you cancel you have to pay for 2 more cycles even if u moved 1000 miles away. Awful. And now I have to deal with the collection bs.

I joined this gym and initially had no issues until I tried to cancel my membership. The process is unnecessarily complicated, which seems to be a deliberate part of their business model. I relocated over six months ago and have been paying for a membership I can no longer use. When I called to cancel, I was informed that I had to send a certified letter—a requirement that appears unnecessary and unjustified. Based on similar complaints from others, this seems to be a recurring issue. Such practices may warrant legal scrutiny to address what could be considered unethical business practices.

Gym is in a convenient location but I would like them to reinvest In their equipment. The benches are worn, some of the cable machines are outdated and don’t work properly. It would be nice to see modern equipment introduced.

Glad to give 4 stars to them folks here, between RJ greeting me and then seeing me out the door a sweaty mess when I'm done, Tamia being SUPER sweet and helpful, to the AMAZING prices for exercising there!!

I'd give 5 but some the equipment has a been down a while which is unfortunate but I'm sure ticket times for repairs are high, so I won't blame the gym itself. Also, I work the night shift so I'll be heading home around 10-11pm if they moved the gym being open another hour that would be cool but I can always go before work too so it's not a huge deal.
