I have to share my experience at this facility. After reading some of the reviews I called talked to the GM Michael. He offered a 3 day pass for me to come check it out so I can judge for myself. The gym was to my surprise clean I have gone to a lot of 24 due to my work schedule and this was by far the cleanest. The team members were friendly and great. I went all 3 days at different times I was amazed on how busy it was at all times. When I stopped by and asked the front desk what were the least busiest times. She indicated that during this time of year when kids are out of school it’s tough to pin point but usually it’s from 8am-1pm. I have lived in Castle Rock for over a year now and once again the entitlement of this town comes out I almost didn’t stop in this gym because of some of the reviews. Then I realized it’s one of the only commercial gyms in town which prob everyone uses so it probably sees a lot of work outs. If you want a great energy gym that has everything you need I 100% recommend this place. If you want a REC CENTER, HEALTH CLUB or COUNTRY CLUB this isn’t for you. I have been to this gym for about a week now and it’s embarrassing to see grown adults yell at 20 year old kids about the pettiest little things. Keep up the great work. The staff and team at this location are amazing!

The overall environmental is friendly but they hire a lot of teenagers that use the club as a hang out vs a place of business. Therefore, the front desk can be a challenge when presenting any issues: I have talked about the music for over a year (they do not cater to the people who pay their bills at all - people are always complaining about the music), the equipment is old and outdated (while they fix it occasionally it breaks again to be left for days unchecked), bathrooms are still dirty with an overflow of garbage coming out of the trash cans and the showers floors are not cleaned). While I would love to give an update on how things have changed from my previous review, the only thing notable were some batteries put in a few of the bikes, but they are not calibrated and there is still a bike upstairs where the buttons are completely broken and another where the wheel keeps falling off every time it is used (safety problems) and there were a couple of very necessary fixes with the weight machines that should have been fixed over a year ago. Another problem is that the swim club constantly takes over the bathrooms with not only the swimming pool (completely unusable during the times I go) but they are using the sauna, steam rooms, and showers (bringing their kids in the showers). The way they act they are not paying for a membership. They act like they own the pool area but do not workout. In addition, the hot tub is completely unusable die to its lack of cleanliness. They seem to put the chemicals in during the times I go rather then over night.
In any gym setting the gym should be free of safety issues, the equipment updated and checked for problems, clean bathrooms and equipment, and definitely clean pools (anything to do with water). Customer service is a secondary element but necessary. We paid for a 2 years in a row and I feel like we did not get the majority of these basic elements while we were here. If these things are corrected I am happy to update or delete the comments. I noticed you guys tried before when I left my last review but did not quite hit the mark so I thought I would elaborate. The great thing is that I feel heard. Whereas for the last two years my written concerns were thrown in the trash.

They close on random days without notice. Most recent examples are 12/23 and 12/31. Neither of those days are holidays, no reason to be closed. And that’s beside the point, give your paying customers a notice that they can’t use the service that they paid for. Instead I get to waste 20 minutes of driving.

Also, this location refuses to pickup the phone when you want to ask questions. I tried calling on 11/14/24 6 different times throughout the day to ask about getting a membership. No one ever called back or picked up the phone. When I finally went in and asked the front desk about hours they assured me this location was 24 hours. Loved showing up at 12:30 AM to find out that wasn’t true.

From my screenshot you can clearly see it says open until 10, I showed up at 8 Pm on 12/31, doors were locked. Update the app, send a text, send an email. Do something that shows any effort at all.

The men's locker room showers have a strong smell of sewer gas. Easily resolved it they would do some proper maintenance. Good thing the steam room doesn't have the same terrible odor. Other than being busy and having to wait for equipment, the club is ok.

24 hour fitness that closes at 8pm on the weekends, 10pm M-TH, 9PM on Friday's. This might be the dirtiest club/gym i've ever been in. One stop in the sauna & you will understand. Equipment is always torn, cables are frayed/damaged, equipment is poorly maintained. Why keep my membership? Proximity & cost. Unfortunately cost = value here.

Love this gym! The classes have great instructors and the front desk is always friendly. Robert and Frankie always have a smile on their faces and are quick to help with anything that comes up!

Gym overall is very dirty and overcrowded. Some of the equipment is outdated and could be upgraded such as the stationary bikes. There are also not enough machines or equipment for the amount of people that use the gym.

We are new to Colorado, still holding out of state IDs. I have recently signed up for a membership and brought my partner in for an advertise three day free trial. The club was unwilling to accommodate as my partner does not have a Colorado ID (nor do I, but was not a problem when I signed up) When asking to speak with a supervisor we were told he did not want to talk to us. I asked about the cancellation policy for my membership and explicitly instructed the front staff to not cancel anything. I received a phone call 15 minutes after leaving that my membership had been canceled. I asked The front desk member who called where the disconnected communication happen and he proceeded to hang up on me. I believe she said his name was EXL. Highly disappointed with the obvious lack of understanding and blatant rudeness.
