Esperienza assolutamente deludente, sotto ogni punto di vista:||1. stanza: avevamo prenotato una camera per 3 persone e ci siamo trovati un appartamento con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto.... oltretutto nemmeno fatto! Alla richiesta di spiegazioni ci dicono che il letto ce lo dobbiamo fare da soli, irricevibile!||2. struttura: arredamento scadente. Il materasso del letto è eccessivamente morbido, mentre quello del divano letto è una sorta di brandina da campeggio... impossibile dormire. La finestra cade a pezzi, così come diversi elementi del bagno (es. portasapone).||3. colazione: sala minuscola, varietà e qualità scarse, non all'altezza di un Marriott.||CONCLUSIONE: ANDATE ALTROVE, NON VALE IL PREZZO!!!!

L'albergo in se non ha nulla di negativo, solito albergo da viaggiatori con attenzione per le comodità e grande disponibilità del personale, un unico appunto lo farei al prezzo del soggiorno, forse un po' considerata la posizione e le limitate finiture delle camere e dell'edificio in generale. È abbastanza centrale, ma spendendo poco di più si è proprio in centro.

This hotel is run down and needs a major renovation. The location is convenient, the young lady at the front desk does her absolute best to accommodate guests. There are some rooms facing Speer Boulevard and the noise is very bothersome. I was able to move to a less noisy room.

This might be a 2-star hotel, but I received better service here than I've received at any higher starred hotel! Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the gift bag we received upon arrival was the coolest thing! The breakfast staff was so friendly too, always asking how we were doing and offering help if needed. I would have loved to have had a place to gather in the evenings -- a patio or a bigger lobby, but that was the only way this place was lacking. Very large well stocked fitness room, the shampoo/body wash bottles in the shower, more towels than I needed for my whole stay, I could go on and on. If I'm ever back in Denver, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Positives : the staff, service & location. Cleaning staff did the best they could with really run-down furnishings. Location was quiet despite being adjacent to hospital and busy road. Negatives: furnishings (couch, chair, table, flooring, etc) had to be at least 10 years old and it showed. Couch was so stained and falling apart we were afraid to sit on it. Microwave worked only intermittently. Flooring was stained, mismatched, and looked like it was installed by an amateur.

We just spent a few days there for the Christmas holidays. The first floor is very, very run down. The carpet is completely worn out and looks rickety. The maintenance is good, but it can't take any more! The hallway that leads to the cafeteria smells terribly bad, worse than a roadside toilet.

The room was a pretty standard TownePlace room. The lobby is small and awkward and the breakfast was disappointing. Their promotional material in the room for breakfast made the options look amazing. The actual buffet was nothing like the picture. The front desk staff was very casual and necessarily geared towards the professional business traveller.

When we arrived we were in a very stressful situation. The staff of this hotel were all very kind, friendly and over-the-top helpful. The rooms are aging but comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was an excellent place to come back to after long days. We recommend it highly.
