I’m just a bit frustrated because this was my main Wendy’s closet to my house and have had many great experiences previously. Usually one of the most reliable restaurants near by. But this month I have tried to go three different times and there is always some reason why they can’t help me. The last two times they said they were doing cash only, and today they said the system was down completely. Maybe it has just been bad timing on my part but after a long day of work and my commute I’m looking for something reliable and easy for dinner. This location is definitely not it and will not be going back.

9 dollars a bag for a biggie bag is bad enough, but I’m done, one piece of bacon? We’re already getting squeezed at every avenue I don’t know how corporations and businesses think they can just screw us over and think we’re going to be happy and returning with this treatment. I’m done with Wendy’s for good. Thanks for the easy decision

Waited at the drive through at 12:15 for 5 minutes. They advertise open midnight or later . And on the app and Google they say they close at 1am. Circling the window I was able to see employees just relaxing and chillin. Yup. Imagine that

This used to be the best Wendy's, but they have hired alot of young kids, who don't get your order right, who don't add your reward points like they should, they have no good customer service. This Wendy's wasn't always like this. I'm very disappointed with them.

This is the worst Wendy’s in the lower 48. Don’t ever eat here. Don’t expect them to do anything right at all. Did you want ketchup for your fries? Too bad, they don’t care. Napkins to use while you eat in the car, don’t worry there won’t be any in the bag. I’m still trying to figure out why they asked what kind of sauce I wanted for the nuggets, because when it came time to put one in the bag, they didn’t care at all. Even after the up-charge to a large drink, turned out not really get me anything, as there was no straw to drink it with anyways. All of the employees at this Wendy’s should find a new job, customer service does not exist in any form at this Wendy’s.

Honestly one of the only good places to go for fast food. Sometimes their soda freestyle machine is down but its fixed up real soon. Love me some Aruba Jam Sprite. Burgers and chicken are usually great and the staff is really great.

Awful fries and terrible customer service. It was 11:30, they close at 1am. I complained that the fries were cold and the guy working took them back, and handed some more fries back like 10 seconds later, saying "here you go boss" and they were about a degree warmer and hard. As I was writing this complaint, he asked what was going on and I said they were hard. He took them back again and handed me stale fries that had been quickly dropped into the oil. He asked if I wanted to park and wait for some fries. I'd rather just never go back. The burger was old, too.
