I went there yesterday and usually I have very nice and courteous cashiers. Twice I had a lady with dark hair wearing a hat with glasses who didn’t even smile at me. The last time I was there I told her I hope you have a better day and she was very angry at me. I don’t know if she remembered me but she had the same attitude when I was being rung up last night. However, the male customer after me she was really nice too. I don’t know if she has an attitude towards me or if she knew him.

No carts no open registers no staff offering help or even a smile. I get into the long line standing in the aisle I finally get up there and im watching the way the girl is treating the older gentleman in front of me he is telling her thank you in Spanish he was smiling she ignored him he looked at me and shrugged his shoulders I get up to my turn I said hello how are you she ignored me throwing my groceries down the counter smashing my bread I said to her “bad mood?” She rolled her eyes an snuffed at me. I said to her she “shouldn’t take it out on her customers” like damn we didn’t do anything we’re buying groceries with the other options in the neighborhood I try not to go there but reluctantly I did. Ms Val needs to teach her how to treat customers I’ve been a customer for a decade. With all the rainbow colors she was wearing you think happy but she was the opposite

It doesn't matter what day or time of day I visit to buy groceries, there are not enough checkouts open. The lines extend into aisles, blocking them. I attempted to use self checkout today, but the station I went to wasn't working. There was no indication at the station that it was closed. The clerk told me, after I walked over to it, that it wasn't working. I went to a staffed checkout. The clerk asked if I wanted bags. I told her I wanted to use to reusable bag that I brought with me. She moved on to the next customer, leaving me to bag my own groceries. The experience was very frustrating.

update service has declined the employees aren't nearly as friendly as they used to be you got people in the bakery with their headphones on so they can't even help you if they wanted to then people in other departments are just rude even when they ask you if you need assistance overall I have to give them two stars original post Great service!!

This place is so poorly managed 😔 employees and managers are very rude always a line to the back of the store mind you there are 12 self checkouts but never more than 6 open and if you’re lucky one regular registerer, no carsts they are all in the parking lot,crap area so everything is locked up waited over 20 minutes trying to buy laundry detergent just for no one to show up to help then watched another customer kicked out of the store for complaining about exactly the same thing turns out he had been waiting longer than i was honestly save your self the headache and go somewhere else

I live nearby, so it's very convenient to get those last-minute items. Prices are a bit high but not enough to make me not go. Plus, they always hit good sales, too.

Literally 18 items, nothing crazy, would not let me check out at self checkout, so I left, called the manager and she got an attitude that I even contacted her, will be calling corporate Tomorrow, lost a sale and lost a customer, look at all the stuff I got cheaper at Wal Mart

I'm not sure about the other comments, but this store is usually a great experience for me. Very rarely do they not have something important need in stock, meat/veggie/dairy departments always looks GREAT! I'm always greeted with a warm smile, and have yet to experience such terrible employees in the last 4 years I've been here. (I shop here daily, multiple times a day actually.) Long lines happen, at well equipped stores, during rush hour..... everywhere. If lines aren't your thing, Kroger pickup is AWESOME and their delivery even better! 4 stars because the store could use a sprucing up
