Platform is the most attentively staffed building I have ever lived at in Denver, and I have lived in multiple buildings downtown. When I’ve needed something taken care of, it hasn’t mattered whether the issue was with my unit or with the building, Abby and Maddy have always found a way to tackle it same day. I have already re-signed here once and plan to do so again next year too.

Beautiful apartments, wonderful city views, Starbucks on the corner, Whole Foods across the street…

And that’s just part of the story….

The staff here is extraordinary. As cliché as it might sound, they really do make you feel like family. Here, “everybody knows your name.“

The amenities are thoughtful, intentional, and they set this property apart. Dog spa, dog “relief” area, resident events multiple times a month where everyone is not only welcome; they are embraced.

This place is really amazing. If you’re going to live in downtown Denver, this is the spot. You’re welcome 🙂

We have lived here coming up on 2 years and we have never loved an apartment building more. Covered parking, pool and hot tub open 24/7, gym too I am told but I don’t work out bc I’m lazy. Our apartment is one with a balcony overlooking Union Station. Every sunrise is a beauty, we get to see the bustle of the station below and groceries and pharmacy all within walking distance. We never want to leave. There is a covered and well maintained dog run in the parking garage. The staff here are incredible, Andre is an absolute delight. Gabriel is kind and responsive. Angela is lovely and knows everything about this place! Our flat has a big bathroom, bedroom big enough for a king bed and views that just can’t quit. I’d you’re looking to rent in Denver - forget about the others and come live here!!! There are a ton of other great perks but I don’t want to leave a novel 😅

This apartment is under new ownership, Griffis. I cannot express how much I have appreciated Megan and Maddie. They are fun, approachable, knowledgeable and kind. They have made this ownership transition clear and easy. They are empathetic and listen. I was unable to figure out how to use the EV charger and Maddie came out IN THE COLD to help me. They are amazing and whatever they’re being paid, it should be more!

As for the apartments themselves we have resided in two units here over the past 3 years. Beautiful views, fantastic community amenities and security. The concierge is friendly and helpful, especially Nathan and Angie! The parcel pending works wonderfully well for packages - including refrigerated deliveries. I can walk to a ton of bars, restaurants and groceries are practically the backyard! There is green space on the 5th floor and a beautiful rooftop pool and hot tub. I could not be happier and hope to live here for a long time to come! These photos were taken from my window. Seriously amazing views of Union station!!🚉

Property is great, appears they are doing work but maintain the building well.

Future resident spots were taken up by contractors- I had to park at the loading zone and request access to a parking spot just to tour. Leasing agent/Concierge gave off an impression to be too busy or lack desire to help prospective tenant’s- glad I did a self guided tour.

The building charges $175 for a reserved parking space…they currently have none and a growing waiting list (although new residents get priority to spots which I didn’t understand). I couldn’t even hold a unit for more than 5 days before the price skyrocketed. The leasing agent even told me not to expect the unit I was interested in to be available by my move in date.

This area/building was made to be in such high demand that they almost had too many tenants and didn’t need anymore. The two residents I bumped into on my tour both loved the building and one even said they renewed their lease.

All in all, just the touring experience was off putting so I marked this building off my list.

By far, The Platform is the best of the best. My partner and I moved into The Platform in August of 2022. From the first time we walked in the door to inquire about leasing to now being residents for 7 months, we have been nothing short of thrilled. Andre Alsup, our initial contact and leasing agent is one of the most personable, genuine and professional people we've ever dealt with. He made us feel welcome from the start, was completely transparent and knowledgeable about every facet of living at the Platform, and now treats us as family - as he does each tenant we've seen him deal with. Every member of the staff at The Platform is an outstanding asset to this building: Angela, Gabe, Manny, Mara, Christine, Elaina, Carlos, Nathan – and, of course, Andre 5000 (our nickname for him.) The building itself is incredibly well maintained and the communication from the staff to tenants regarding absolutely everything is second-to-none. That’s all to say nothing about the amazing amenities, social events, seasonal contests, group outings and parties. There is no finer place to live in the Denver area. Any property – anywhere – that wants to delight their tenants and deliver an outstanding living experience should have The Platform show ‘em how it’s done.

Great quality living, in the heart of, er, Denver Colorado, where rent is renowned to be expensive and you cannot escape the unmistakeable stench of youths fighting over whether to be naked in a home or work consecutively and try to date on the side. I would go for the quality apartments but I’m the one with no clothes or a paycheck to speak of.

Living at the Platform feels like coming home to a private resort. The views; you don't want me to get started, but I'll attach a couple pictures. The coffee/ espresso/ latte machine in the lobby is always stocked and ready with delicious caffeinated brews, so that is a huge plus when you need to run out the door in the morning and need a quick triple espresso, or a perfectly made hot chocolate at the end of a long day. The 5th floor patio area, the sky lounge, pool deck, hot tub, and fitness rooms are all luxurious escapes from reality within The Platform building, and they are all large enough that they always feel spacious and relaxed. The shopping, events, and restaurants within walking distance from The Platform are all some of the best in Denver, and you can find almost anything to suit your mood.
The Platform's entire staff is courteous, helpful, professional, and friendly. Wick and Kevin are two of my favorite concierges who are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. Oksana and Alex are the brilliant and lovely leasing agents for the building, and Zach and Brendan do a phenomenal job with management. The maintenance and cleaning staff are always busy doing something to keep the building looking and smelling fresh and new.The staff seems to work as an efficient, passionate, and caring team, and it all creates a nice atmosphere to come home to and be a part of. I feel like this is a special place, and I am happy to give The Platform 5 stars.
