Love their sugar free options. Made perfect and fast, this location specifically had great customer service from girl taking orders outside and also from handoff at the window. I really loved her(outside) friendliness she was the sweetest and her efforts showed!

12/31/24 I will drive out of my way to come here! The staff was so nice, so happy, and amazing customer service to each customer... and it was 7:30 AM great group of kids that were working this morning

I messed up my order when using the app! ME not them! I messed up adding my flavoring so when I asked if they could just add it in my current order order, they insisted on making me a new drink even though I was the one that messed it up

Coffee is awesome. But, gave 4 stars because finding plain black coffee on the menu was impossible, and turn radius in the drive thru was not large truck friendly.😁
Line was long with happy people. Park trucks and go to counter to make life easy.

Everyone was wearing little birthday party hats. By understanding that it was a manager's birthday. Never interacted with the manager.But the young blonde hair lady had great conversation with. I love the little side chats.
I bought stock in this this company since there is always a smile and doing business like they should.

I love Dutch Bros and I love South Park, so a Dutch Bros right next to Casa Bonita is a dream come true. Everyone working was friendly, one of the few stands where walk up orders are actually still fast. Thanks for being here. Now PLEASE open one closer to downtown Denver.

As someone who works in customer service and LOVES Dutch Bros, I am very sad to give this Dutch Bros a one star. However, every SINGLE time I go to this location, my order is wrong.

During Fall I always order a pumpkin caramel brulee freeze with extra caramel. Well, it was always extra pumpkin, if I got something extra at all. I don't really like to complain about these things, so I usually just dealt with it, but one of the last times I ordered this drink, I took it back as it had extra pumpkin. I explained that it was supposed to be extra caramel instead. They remade the drink for me, but again, instead of having extra anything, it had nothing.

Today, I went to get a golden eagle chai breve. It was made wrong and I was given the coffee instead. No problem! We handed it back and we told them it was supposed to be a chai. The customer service, was, of course, good! They apologized and remade the drink. However, this time, it was made with regular milk. This is a bit more annoying as the drink is a menu item!! I was excited to try something new, just for it to be wrong.

I do want to finish this review by saying: the customer service is always good! The workers are always very friendly. I just wish that I was getting the drink that I paid for.

I love Dutch Bros! Their drinks are delicious and the vibes are always impeccable! I love that they send people into the drive thru so you can order before the window which expedites service. They recently got order ahead in their app which is nice too. You can scan your Dutch Pass and earn points even if you don't pay with the gift card (looking at you Starbucks 😤). Also free stickers on the first Wednesday of the month and sometimes randomly at other times. They're pretty awesome stickers too. This particular Dutchie has a decent sized drive thru and my drinks are always picture perfect 😌 I'm not lying when I say I've only been to Starbucks a handful of times since I discovered Dutch Bros and especially when one opened across the street from my job. Star who?

Drinks were great, and the girl who took our order Katie had a positive attitude and did her job the right way. Will definitely be back in the future.
